✍️ St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Willson Contreras began serving a four-game suspension for his actions during a game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
👉 Contreras was suspended for four games and fined an undisclosed amount by Major League Baseball 👉 He struck hitting coach Brant Brown with his bat during a game on August 25 👉 He was ejected from the game for arguing balls and strikes 👉 He claimed that he did not intend to hit Brown and that he was simply trying to request the same strike-zone calls for both teams
