👉 Alessandro Apuzzo, a 15-year-old athlete, suffered a severe spinal injury on the Fourth of July weekend 👉 Apuzzo underwent four months of therapy at Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital 👉 He was able to walk out of the hospital to thunderous applause from family and friends 👉 Apuzzo's doctor, Dr. Kimberly BeDell, said that his athleticism and determination helped him recover from the injury
