GM! Sitting with pen and paper and morning tea doing some planning. ✍️
Also a little sketch from a photo I took the other day…. that has a truly wonky door (the sketch, not the photo). 😅

This is a zine (homemade magazine) from
…. And it’s awesome. 👏
Filled with sketches and note to you, the reader, about the sketches and how too could create something similar.
The sketches feel raw and dynamic; the text hand-written instead of typeset.
I’m going on a trip and had decided not to bring any art supplies because a lot of activities were already planned. After going through this zine, I’m inspired to bring a sketchbook and some pens, and try to create enough sketches to make my own travel zine.
Also, the junkyard animals are going in my bujo on my trip days to remind me to sketch.

Had a massive headache all day, but made it through Linescapes’ free How To Draw a Tree class.
Looks much better than I feel. 🌳

Sitting in my backyard enjoying the last light of the day and making Things To Do notes.
Decided a sketch of my red oak was also necessary. 🖊️

My sketch for an art lesson with the neighbor. She going to show me how to use these water-based markers. Will post the results later.
