Does the ability to pay a #square POS terminal invoice with an nfc card like #boltcard (or some other lightning nfc chip-card) exist?

Combine that with #strike's ability to bill pay fiat balances with auto-conversion from bitcoin makes the next steps closer in time, like:

• Fiat credit card debt constantly remeasured and settled in bitcoin

• bitcoin to fiat hedges in lightning

• businesses able to measure projected bitcoin income

I just came across a PoS system called Clover and saw on some dusty web pages that integration with #strike is possible.

Any plans to compete with #square for PoS lightning settlement space?

Use this website as a roadmap to get merchants using #square POS terminals to start accepting #bitcoin November 10th.

November 10 comes around, when #square POS merchants can accept bitcoin payments, here’s the plan assuming most merchants won’t know the feature (assuming you are on speaking terms with the owner):

When buying whatever, try to pay with bitcoin as if it’s normal. When they say they don’t accept #bitcoin, walk them through how to turn it on (educate yourself beforehand,) and turn it on for them. Then pay.

If they refuse, depending on your relationship with the owner, maybe walk away without buying anything.
