Frank Corva Old Account

Hi, everyone.

I’m bummed to report that this account has been compromised.

I’ve started a new personal account at the following npub:

npub14ad23x8g6yak4mm6nad9umm7grq0ckhf4s70svq4wn5fgjywf9es9vxvet

You can also search for me at [email protected].

You’ll see that my Primal Legend status has been transferred to that new account.

I’d greatly appreciate if you could share this post to help my followers find me.

I’d also like to give a major, major shout out to

and

who’ve been helping me out tremendously in the wake of the account being compromised.

They’re both absolute legends.

To help show that the new account is real, you’ll see that they’ve both already followed me over there.

Thank you and onward 🫡

Just saw Project Hail Mary.

Quite a film.

Working in the #Bitcoin and #freedomtech space can be mentally and emotionally challenging, especially if you're an open-source developer.

(Plus, most of us in this space, developers and otherwise, have at least a little touch of insanity, which doesn't necessarily make anything easier.)

As a former Core contributor,

is acutely aware of that.

And so she created

as a means to provide psychosocial support to open-source devs around the world.

Her goal with Waye isn't just to help devs stick around, but to help them thrive in doing the work that they do.

I sat down with Amiti to get into the details of why she pivoted to coaching devs, to get some tips on how to overcome our limiting default modes, and to discuss how reframing can help us to play bigger.

As someone who's very much into psychology and who was formerly studying to be a clinical social worker, I very much enjoyed this conversation.

I hope you do, too!

Excited to share that I've joined the team at @Fedi as Content Producer and Strategist!

I'll be working with the team to help document and share the stories of the communities and freedom tech pioneers with whom Fedi works.

Let's goooooo ⚡️⚡️⚡️

We’ve barely scratched the surface when it comes to the amount of talent that Bitcoin and freedom tech will unlock around the globe.

Bitcoin miners can play a major role in revitalizing Venezuela's 🇻🇪 power grid ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Their doing so would help provide sustainable electricity to Venezuelans across the country as well as stimulate Venezuela's economy.

I sat down with Alessandro Cecere (

) to discuss this plus:

⚡️ The massive opportunity to mine bitcoin with flared gas in Venezuela ⚡️ How most Venezuelans feel about Maduro's capture ⚡️ Venezuela's financial situation and what it will take to get it back on track

A not to be missed episode for Bitcoin mining enthusiasts and/or those in favor of a renewed Venezuela…

If you're looking for how Bitcoin is being used to create impactful, real-world change, look no further than the story of

.

I sat down with the project's co-founder, Ronnie Mdawida, to discuss how Bitcoin has become a tool of empowerment for the residents of Kibera, Africa's largest informal settlement.

In the interview, Ronnie details Afribit's approach to education around Bitcoin and digital literacy, the importance of community support as people adopt Bitcoin, and why the story of Afribit is bigger than simply one of banking the unbanked with Bitcoin — it's a story of human triumph.

Having seen the impact Ronnie and his team have had firsthand, it brings me great pleasure to share this episode with you all. 🧡

Doubling down on doing what you love is such an incredible way of tuning out and/or coping with the external stressors in the world.

I’ll be hosting a live session with Tyler Stevens, heatpunk and member of 256 Foundation;

from Bitaxe and 256 Foundation; and Alex Busarov from

tomorrow at 10 AM ET.

We’ll be talking about plugging in those home miners and hashing our way through this bear market.

Any questions you’d like me to ask them?

X is down.

Nostr isn’t.

📢 NEW: Excited to announce the reboot of my show,

, where I cover #Bitcoin adoption around the world⚡️🌎

For this first episode back, I'm joined by #Iranian digital activist and Bitcoin educator

, a former prisoner of the Iranian regime, to discuss the dire political and humanitarian situation in #Iran, what exactly Iranians are fighting against, and how everyday Iranians view and use Bitcoin and freedom tech.

This was an extremely powerful conversation and a must listen for anyone looking to gain a better and more nuanced understanding of what's happening in Iran during this critical period of the country's history.

The good thing about “bear markets” is that we get back to talking about the basics of what Bitcoin is.

This episode of

does a great job of this.

Nice work,

.

Great listen for the newbies out there.

First a Bitcoin mining moratorium and now maybe this.

New York should change its motto from “Excelsior” (Ever Upward) to “Anything but Progress.”

Absolutely loved this convo.

rocks.

I do my best to rock.

We got into it and made some magic here.

I spotted the

and

from the

having brunch here today.

And what other services can we run through Nostr?

Maybe gold and silver dumped because insiders cashed out once the metals got listed on Binance.

Once you come to a certain understanding of Bitcoin, it’s virtually impossible to date someone who doesn’t get it.

Listening to the person across from you propose solutions to political and economic problems that you know will barely make a dent in our current issues (e.g., “It only we could tax CEOs more!) while biting your tongue and not launching into a treatise on economics and explaining how Bitcoin is the answer is not just difficult but physically painful at this point.

I’m at a loss.

That's a 9.3% annualized rate of inflation.

One could argue that this is the real rate of inflation over the past 55 years.

I recently sat down with pro-Bitcoin New York Attorney General hopefully Khurram Dara at

to discuss how to make New York more friendly to Bitcoin (down with the BitLicense!) and to businesses in the state.

I was a fan of what he had to say.
