Prepping When You’re Not a Carb-Eater
Is it possible to plan and live off your emergency food storage without resorting to carbs? Yes.
But with mainstream preparedness resources, most of the information given is not for people like us (fat-burners, carnivores, diabetics who treat with diet vs meds).
Sure, we could survive on rice & beans, but most of us would prefer to remain in optimal health, ESPECIALLY in SHTF/emergency situations when things are ALREADY stressful. Resorting to carbs would typically make us really sick even for a short duration.
