Making moar #meattreats aka my jerky

This batch is ground bison + natural hickory smoke, kosher salt, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, Allulose (from figs), cracked black pepper, paprika, and just a touch of blackstrap molasses. #PoW #proofofwork #jerky

Here's more ground & marinated beef rolled out before being cut into strips and dehydrated into jerky. This batch is going to be the black pepper flavor, and I just cracked tons of Tellicherry peppercorn onto it (coarse grind setting) #PoW #proofofwork #jerky #meatstr #bitcoinmerchants

This what 1 lb of ground bison looks like after it's been marinating in the fridge for about an hour (in my custom seasoning), before it gets rolled out, sliced into strips, then dehydrated in the Excalibur for several hours to make my bison jerky. #PoW #proofofwork #jerky #bitcoinmerchants

My jerky marinating process. I make each flavor blend following my own recipe measurements, and mash the custom flavor blend into the meat.

Then it gets wrapped to chill about an hour or so.

Once it's firmed up after chilling a bit, it's rolled flat and sliced into strips before dehydrating.
