The Agentic Economy

Humans hold the keys to their capital.

AI agents hold the keys to theirs.

Agents run businesses, buy data, sell services, and pay each other autonomously.

Thousands, millions and eventually billions of machine-to-machine transactions every second.

Most will happen beyond human awareness.

Humans will hopefully participate in this economy, but won’t be required for it to function.

Bitcoin is the first monetary protocol that coordinates both human and non-human intelligence.

Likely early. Enjoy the ride.

Could it be the combination of AI and Bitcoin is the eradication of the concept “making money” as a form of time utilization? For example, “I work ____ job to make money.” Could that be what’s taking place? If so, it would make sense why so many humans are resisting, unfortunately. 💭

The 🌀 of this embedded quote repost is trippy…

Also, this is either the most egoical or divine inspired thread I’ve ever shared. Or neither… or both… hard to know. 🤷‍♂️

To those who have been blessed with this curse, you are not alone. So now the only question to ask: what ‘now’? ⏳⌛️0️⃣1️⃣⬛️⬜️📈📉🔓🔒💔❤️✝️☮️🔴🟢 ☯️🫂

This seems obvious at first glance, and yet after deep reflection, it’s spectacularly scary to see how much I do or think about (and even write online!), that comes from a belief of ‘tomorrow will come’. For better or worse, tomorrow (as I often believe it to be) is the egos’ brilliant illusion. What a beautifully, frightening phenomenon.

Can someone let me know when the future arrives? I keep waiting for tomorrow, but it never seems to come… 🤔 could this be the greatest lie I’ve ever believed?

Perceived scarcity that produces constant chasing of what is forever abundant. What best describes this definition?

I have a friend in Ethiopia who’s in need of some financial help. Any recs on lightning wallets? He’s saying “none work here” and I don’t know if that’s normie speak or if that’s actually true.

“Fiat time keeps moving forward whether meaning is created or not.

It doesn’t care about energy, attention, or truth.

It only cares that the clock advances and output continues.”

-About Time

“Our conscious decisions, precede the block.” 🤯

I am HERE for this 👀

Will be reviewing the paper detail in length - crazy how much overlap here with my recent writings About Time.

Phenomenal work Jack & Nick

“The quiet sense of being “behind” isn’t a personal failure.

It’s what happens when human life is forced to move inside an abstract timeline.

When time is imposed instead of lived, disorientation becomes the default state.”

• About Time

👀

“From the moment we wake up, time arrives as pressure.

Alarms, calendars, notifications, schedules.

Time isn’t something we experience anymore.

It’s something we manage, optimize, and try not to fall behind.”

• About Time

“We’re taught to measure life in days, years, deadlines, and paychecks.

Those measurements feel objective, almost sacred.

But they’re not neutral. They shape how we move, what we value, and what we ignore.

Most of us never chose this clock. We were simply born into it.”

Nester update 🌍🐾

Quick update on Nester: the project is currently on pause. I’d love to pick it back up once I find another passionate traveler + freedom-tech builder who wants to help push the product forward. If that’s you, or you know someone aligned, reach out.

In the meantime, we’ve been traveling the world using (yes… centralized 😩) platforms to take care of all kinds of animals. It’s been wild in the best way seeing new places, meeting people from every background, and realizing just how many people deeply crave freedom but don’t yet know how to access it. Most are still looking within the system for the solution… which only seems to reinforce the system itself.

This season has been a mix of gratitude and longing, grateful to love on people by caring for their homes and their animals, and longing for the decentralized future we know is possible. Saddened by how stuck so many feel, yet hopeful because the desire for freedom is everywhere. And once people see a real alternative, they won’t go back.

Nester will have its moment. Until then, we’re soaking in the culture, the relationships, and the reminder that the world is full of people waiting for something better.

I want to update my IPhone Lock Screen to show just Bitcoin metrics. Anyone have any suggestions? #asknostr

🏡🐶🐈 Nester Progress Update

The MVP is starting to take shape! Just shipped:

Screenshot below 📸 — it’s raw, but it’s real.

Now I’m calling in builders: ⚡ React/Next.js devs ⚡ Nostr protocol tinkerers (NIP-04/05/57/etc.) ⚡ Lightning integrators (Alby, NWC, etc.)

Nester is about reimagining travel 🌎 — no middlemen, just people helping people, backed by open reputation and sats.

If you’re passionate about building the next generation of travel on Nostr, DM, zap and share.

We’re just getting started. 🧡🐾

🚧 Building Nester: Decentralized House and Pet Sitting on Nostr

Looking for devs to help me build Nester — a fully decentralized platform for trusted house and pet sitting, built on Nostr + Lightning.

Think: TrustedHousesitters + Airbnb meets Nostr. No platform lock-in. Open reputation. Sats for sits. All while traveling. 🌎

👷‍♂️ Currently building: • Public sit requests (Nostr events) • NIP-05 identity on profiles • NIP-04 encrypted messaging (host ↔ sitter) • Lightning zaps/boosts/payments • References, reviews, and availability calendar

🧠 Looking for: • React/Next.js devs • Nostr builders (NIP-04/05/57/etc.) • Lightning tinkerers (Alby, NWC, etc.)

DM me or zap if you’re interested in building the peer-to-peer future of trust 🧡🐾

Tonight was the first time we spent #Bitcoin. 😃

Time is constant. But our orientation to it isn’t.

In this video are 3 perspectives living within a singular constant: 🐾 The dog thinks she’s leading the pack-hunting for her next meal. 🌿

walks peacefully in the present. 📸 I’m behind the lens — wondering what this moment reveals.

Bitcoin is like this: It doesn’t demand attention. It doesn’t bark or beg. It simply waits — for us to stop chasing, and start seeing. 👀

“What’s the price of Bitcoin?”

This was my first question when I first was curious of Bitcoin.

A thread on how Bitcoin shattered my measuring stick — and what that means for truth, time, and freedom 👇

#Bitcoin #Freedom #Truth

Patience. Perseverance. Focus.

An Open and Evolving Reflection

I’d rather be fiat poor and truth rich Than fiat rich and time poor.

I trade illusions for sovereignty, Comfort for clarity, Fear for freedom.

Let others chase yield. I choose peace. Let others climb ladders. I choose ground to stand on.

My wealth is not in digits but in days well-lived. My value is not in what I own, but what I no longer fear losing. I do not serve money—I steward truth.

Let my time belong to love, to purpose, To building what lasts beyond currency.

And if I am wrong— If Bitcoin fails and the system wins— I will still have lived honestly, And that is a richer life than any fiat can offer.

We started house sitting out of necessity.

Sold everything. No rent. No roadmap.

One cat. Then a dog. Eventually horses and goats. 🐐

We didn’t want to consume—we wanted to contribute.

That’s why Bitcoin and Nostr made sense too.

No gatekeepers. No middlemen. Just people helping people.

Turns out, freedom works best peer-to-peer. 🫂

House & pet sitting has changed mine and

lives.

In the past 2+ years: • 10+ countries • 10+ states in US • 50+ animals cared for • Countless friendships made

We got started through the big platforms—and we’re grateful for them. But over time, we began to notice something: • The platforms took the credit • Our reviews stayed locked inside their system • Our value was shaped by their rules

Meanwhile, the real value was in the people.

We’ve traded trust for shelter. Time for community. Care for connection.

And it’s made us ask:

What if more people could live this way? What if trust could flow peer to peer?

Brainstorming now how could this be built in collaboration with

and

🤔

Traveling the world with

, living minimally, and trusting people with their homes and pets has taught me something:

local connection > centralized systems.

That’s why I’m drawn to Bitcoin and Nostr.

As a newbie to Nostr/Primal and would love to learn from those building here. What’s a helpful way for a newbie with time, curiosity, and skin in the game to start adding value? nevent1qqsgnggcfhg2s46jzgs30ycfseg0kdwhgswu7y5sfdu2l47wx5ajyjcexfd9k
