My approach (ideally): I want to own not only flat or house but also an entire land with that house, and on that land I want to have water filters and my own veggies and chickens so I can provided everything without government "help".

That's how FREE I want to be - by owning everything.

Then, no one can tell you nothing.

Subscription models treat you like a thief. Before, you bought a CD or any vinyl (one-time purchase, right?) and you’d reuse it so to speak infinitely. Now you have it for the next month in the best case 🤪

And if you want to use it later on, you’re “stealing” in their minds and according to them.

This is major mindset shift in the last 15 years when it comes to business model.

And I'd say it's also big shift even in the whole IDEA of ownership itself (but that's another topic).

The good news is we can opt out.
