I was able to "patch" this stupid situation, because I realized after repeated trial and error that my home network was being blocked. I had to use my phone as hotspot for my laptop, and that worked.

In 3 days I have used all their contact methods, and got NO REPLY. Email, Nostr, Twitter, Telegram, Chat on their website... Nothing.

I saw EgoDeath invensted in tryspeed.com. Well, tell them to work on their customer support, it's awful.
