LAW LANGUAGE → WAR LANGUAGE
Citizen → Enemy Disagreement → Threat Due process → Delay Protection → Domination Public safety → Control Restraint → Weakness Accountability → Disloyalty
Nothing changes overnight.
The #uniforms stay the same. The #laws stay on the books. The #Constitution still exists.
What changes is expectation.
When enforcement is described as war:

5. #Restraint is mocked

That’s why people feel fear before anything “official” happens.
Language doesn’t just describe reality. It prepares it.
