Ainsley Costello

These last nine days have been so fun educating fans and artists alike on how Tidal and

are changing the music industry for the better, and I’m so grateful for all of the direct support I’ve received from fans following these posts that are so eager to see and be a part of the change in the music industry ⭐️

2026 is going to be an amazing year, and I’m so glad to have you all be a part of it with me. Until then, make sure to listen to and support the title track “EXLESS” and my entire debut album right now on Tidal. But don’t just stop with me! There are so many incredible artists that will never be discovered or paid if the music industry continues on its current path. Maybe instead of sending hundreds of dollars a year to Spotify, pick five small artists and send them five dollars a month. It might not seem like much, but it could change our lives if you’re consistent with it. 1,000 true fans doing that is really all it takes to create a sustainable career, so I hope you’ll be one of those fans for me, and any other small artist you want to see succeed 🪄

I truly believe we are ushering in an era where artists don’t have to contend with middlemen, labels, and predatory platforms solely to get their music heard and supported, and with tools like Tidal and Cash App, that era is getting closer every day 🩷🧡✨

Over the years I’ve been asked so many times, “how can I support you directly?” Now, because of Tidal and

I finally have a good answer. Instead of hoping that a fraction of the twenty dollars a month you spend on streaming platform subscriptions will make its way to me, listen to “People Pleaser” and the rest of my debut album on Tidal and send direct payments through the Cash App integration feature. Artists should be able to make a living off the art they create, so stop pleasing platforms, and start pleasing artists now on Tidal. 💛✨ #ainsleycostello #tidal #tidalupload #cashapp #independentartist #1000truefans #peoplepleaser #poprock #musicvideo #newmusicvideo

Discovery is nearly impossible on the major streaming platforms today, but through the new #TidalUpload feature with direct support from

enabled, YOU get to dictate what songs you discover, not an algorithm. Plus, when you listen to “Can’t Say I’m Not Trying” and the rest of my debut album “EXLESS” on Tidal, the full amount of whatever amount you send goes instantly and directly to artists like me.  💙✨

Change the way you support music by listening to “Change Your Mind” and the rest of my debut album “EXLESS” on Tidal Through the new

Integration feature on #TidalUpload, the full amount of what you send goes directly into the pockets of your favorite independent artists. The true artist-to-fan relationship we were promised with all the other platforms? Tidal is actually delivering on that 🩷✨

If you like music, which I’m willing to bet is all of you, I’d challenge you to rethink the way you support the music that plays such a big part of your daily life. Instead of directly supporting platforms, think about directly supporting your favorite artists and songs on Tidal with the new

integration feature. A perfect way to get started is by listening to Anywhere But Here, a B-Side on my album “EXLESS”, now on Tidal 💚✨

2025 was magical 🪄 I released my first album and completely rethought what success means for independent artists. For the first time I had moments that made me think "this is what the music industry is supposed to be like."

But I'm still disillusioned with traditional platforms. Tired of being unseen on services that pay fractions of pennies for songs that cost thousands to make, tired of fans funding platforms that endorse hateful rhetoric, tired of being part of systems that prioritize artificial streams over real art.

So instead of #spotifywrapped metrics, I'm sharing the music I'm proud of and better ways to support artists like me.

When you listen on Tidal with #TidalUpload and send support via the new

integration, 100% goes directly to me INSTANTLY. No middlemen, no waiting months for microscopic royalties. This moves revenue control from corporations and collection agencies to artists for the first time in 100+ years.

If you love music and musicians, cancel your major streaming subscriptions. Use that money to support artists directly, not ad-based platforms.

As I round out 2025, I'm spotlighting my album "EXLESS" starting with "Alchemy"—my first true collaboration about being on the brink of something new and wonderful. Listen and support now on #TidalUpload🌊 🧡✨
