I just got out of court on a personal matter. While in court, I got a notification for my attorney that an earlier matter had been resolved. Now that it is resolved I can discuss it, And it's kind of a funny story. I won't say what state this is nor mention any names. January 1st of this year I took over management at a property in the Midwest. As with every time property Management changes, the first step is always taking out the trash that the previous management refused to evict so that they could artificially increase their occupancy numbers and get a better price. The amount of trash I have to take out varies from place to place (depending primarily upon demographics) but generally speaking it's between 10 and 20%. So anyway I get this property, we get welcome letters to everybody, everybody is shown how to pay the rent online, everything is golden A couple of niggers that the previous management made the mistake of renting to get evicted, we get actual humans to replace them, and everything begins to smooth out.. Until one woman begins to separate herself from reality, if she had ever partook in it to begin with. In this part of the country we had a good 3 or 4 weeks of storms every single day, which caused some of trees to drop some twigs on the ground. Completely unprompted, she gathered them all up for us Normally we would applaud such a thing But she gathered them up so that she could scatter them around her parking spot and claim that a tree fell on her car. She called the management company and demanded we buy her a new car. Obviously we told her that wasn't going to happen. So does she give up? No, the rent toy never gives up on their delusions because they have nothing else in life. So she files a complaint with the state. In her complaint she claims that the local manager is involved in a grand conspiracy. She claims that he is the true owner of the entire company and that he is personally going to her house dressed as a member of the local Town council, impersonating them, and stalking her. She also claims that the manager put notices in everyone's mailboxes instructing them to stop using the community trash service and instead take all of their trash to a nearby school and dump it on the side of the road.

Obviously all of this is completely insane But she had proof! Or at least, she told the state she had proof. She attached a photo of the trash man in his trash uniform as evidence that our local manager was actually a puppet Master controlling the entire company and impersonating local city officials. To call her complaint schizophrenic is an insult to the genuinely schizophrenic. And so we wrote a very nice, polished, corporate-tone response to the state letting them know that the claims are unfounded and that clearly the local manager does not own the business and nor would he ever impersonate a city official and nor is the photo provided a photo of a city official.

So she sends a second letter to the state because she doesn't like our response. This letter is a little bit less schizophrenic, but only because it was completely written by AI. Even if you consider her to be human (and I know I certainly don't) this response had no human involvement. And she's so retarded she didn't even know how to prompt the AI properly. And so the AI directly contradicted her entire previous letter. He claimed instead that our manager was the principal of a local school and so he could not have been impersonating a city official. Letter also included what she claimed to be the notice place directly into her mailbox. First of all, for those who don't know, it is a major federal crime to place any piece of mail directly into somebody's mailbox even if you pay for postage. So obviously we didn't do that But the notice she provides looks like it was written by a child Major spelling and grammatical errors Half of it was printed in color and the other half was printed in black and white It was clearly forged.

And so this time I personally wrote the response. In my response I tore into her. I tore into her use of AI I explained how retarded her claims were I explained how retarded her ai's claims were I explained how allowing rentoids to make complaints with AI should be a crime And I explained we would be consulting with attorneys to pursue legal remedy for her obvious forgery and materially false claims.

The state looked at everything and concluded that we were correct, we did no wrong, and the case was closed last week
