🌱 Message to the Hope With Bitcoin Community – Project Update & Outlook 🌱

Dear Hope With Bitcoin community, We hope you’re doing well.

We know we've been quiet during the month of April. But this silence wasn’t abandonment, on the contrary, it allowed us to take a step back and build a stronger foundation for the future of the project. As always, we want to be transparent with you and keep you informed of everything that’s going on.

⚙️ Why the silence? As mentioned in a previous update, we’ve been actively working on launching a revenue generating activity to make Hope With Bitcoin self-sufficient and sustainable. This project is a pig farming initiative, which will allow us to fund our future humanitarian actions without depending solely on donations.

👣 Where do we stand? We’ve used this time to fine tune the technical, financial, and logistical aspects. On that note, know that the land we plan to use for this project belongs to my father, and although he does not use it, he kindly agreed to let us use it for this purpose. This is a major cost-saving opportunity and a strong moral support.

📊 Here is the estimated budget for the pig and goats farming project:

✅ Total Estimated Budget: 5,525,200 Satoshi ($5,213)

🧱 1. Infrastructure Setup : 3,362,907 Satoshi ($3,172)

• Land clearing and preparation
• Fencing (wood, metal sheets, nails, labor)
• Construction of pigpens (materials + labor)
• Water access (drilling or SONEB connection)
• Electricity (solar or public connection)
• Construction of a storage space and staff shelter

🐖 2. Livestock & Care: 1,582,293 Satoshi ($1,493)

• Purchase of 2 sows + 1 boar
• Purchase of goats
• Feed (3 months)
• Veterinary care
• Miscellaneous maintenance

⚠️ 3. Contingency : 580,000 Satoshi ($547)

🧡 We’re sharing this project with full transparency because you are part of this journey. Any ideas, suggestions, or support are welcome. The goal is simple: to do more, help more, and rely less and less on outside donations.
