Doom as a nostr nApplet running inside of Amethyst? So be it.

Anyone working on a nostr replacement for Crowdin?

It's a tool for translators to quickly translate Amethyst into their language.

They want me to pay $4,300/yr to allow our translators to use the platform.

The year was 2004, I had just finished adding collision detection to my 3D game engine for J2ME-based mobile OSs. It's funny how so much has changed and also nothing at all.

Lol, MacBook Pro with touch screen... Is Apple copying everything Microsoft did?

They should have called the MacBook Surface just for the lols.

How many Nostr clients offer PassKey login? Is there a standard for everybody to follow or are people just creating their own ways?

brew install --cask amethyst-nostr

Live on the ZapStore and Orchard flatpak store.

My wife went to CVS, bought something for $25, and was handed that traditional 3-foot receipt.

Without breaking eye contact with the cashier, she glanced at the receipt and said, "I would like to return this," pointing to the product she just bought.

I was confused.

Refund processed. She immediately handed it back. "Now I’d like to buy it again with this 40% off coupon."

She just hacked CVS for $10. Legend. 😅

I don't see a way I can use other people's apps these days unless my agents are reviewing and contributing to the code so that the features I want are safe and well maintained.

You can just hard code everything

.. because nobody else will use your vibe coded app anyway.

Demonstration of the power of AI: Amethyst's new JSON parser for Nostr is faster than any other json parser that has ever existed, even including the cost of the JVM into it.

We haven't had a CVE on Amethyst yet... but I am waiting.

We need a blossom-based maven central: https://nostr.download/6b8925e8b9e9913598c79ed5d78854e6f9771ac2118e7c432f0fbe4e8c8d9485.png

It's funny how we have all this AI power to do everything we want and my TO-DO list for Amethyst keeps growing.

Maybe users will never be satisfied... 🤔

Testing PoW of 40 on an M2, let's see how long this will take.
