Hey Primal iOS users! We have a big update for you guys! 🔥
Brand new app shell just dropped in this 3.5 release. It's a big change, so it might take a bit of getting used to. Once you do, the app should feel smoother and easier to use. We will be fine tuning the UX for our upcoming 4.0 release, so nothing is fully set in stone and all feedback is welcome. Please upgrade and let us know your thoughts.

What’s the biggest trend you won’t fall for? I’ll start:
Walking into grocery stores and everything is now labeled “protein”. Protein chips, protein ice cream, protein candy. Are we serious?
Unfortunately most people will believe that eating these foods will help them reach their protein goals. There is no such thing as protein candy.
