Oh that’s gonna look amazing on long exposure I think. Hope you brought your ND filters, cuz it looks quite bright out there.
It’s true 👀

My first #Monero customer (whom I don’t intend to name) bought this photograph a couple of weeks ago for 0.05 #XMR.
This is the SD version. The original he received is 60 times bigger in size and can be printed large enough to suit a variety of paper and framing options, ready to hang on any wall.
You can own one too if you like any of the photographs on my website.
Shoot me a DM if you’re interested.

Fine art is like hard money. It appreciates in value over time.
So my photography has a fixed price in hard money, whether you buy it today, 20 or 50 years from now.
0.03 XBT or 0.05 XMR for this piece or any other photograph you choose from my website.
Print it big, frame it as you please, and put it on your wall if you like it.
Shoot me a DM if interested.

Have you seen the 1998 series The Crow? This really reminds me of that bridge where the souls cross over into the afterlife.

From my trip to Germany this spring, visiting the Triberger Wasserfälle. A sight straight out of a Brothers Grimm tale. The Schwarzwald is truly a one-of-a-kind place.

Last chance to buy some of my photos with Bitcoin-SHA256.
Starting from September when Bitcoin-BLAKE2b fork is expected to go live, I’ll stop accepting any payments with UTXOs or Lightning from the poolcoin chain /SHA256/.
I’ll also disconnect my Lightning wallets on Nostr until someone builds a compatible client that works with Bitcoin-BLAKE2b.

If you also want a dramatic photo like this hanging on your wall, visit my website goldgraphy.org, choose a picture, and send me an email.
Every photo is available in high resolution for 20,000 sats. You can then print and frame it however you like at a studio of your choice.
My photos will always cost 20,000 sats. It’s not much today, but it might be in the future — so they’re probably not getting any cheaper than they are right now.

Here’s another one from the same location. Just a reminder that the full-resolution images are available for purchase for 20k sats if you’d like to print, frame, and hang them on your wall.

Here’s another shot from the interior of the Devetashka Cave. I asked my wife to stand there with the umbrella just to give some sense of scale. The ceiling in this section rises to around 60 meters (200 feet). Massive openings in the rock let sunlight and rain pour through, which is why trees are actually growing inside the cave itself.
The place also supports a surprisingly delicate ecosystem, home to a large bat population along with swallows and other birds.

Krushuna Waterfalls. Probably the most scenic waterfall cascade in Bulgaria, at least from what I’ve seen — and I’ve only explored a tiny fraction of what the country has to offer in that regard.
Normally the water here has that distinct turquoise-blue colour caused by the karst cliffs. But after a heavy rainfall the previous day, the water turned completely muddy, which gave the whole place an almost Amazon-like jungle vibe instead.
Haters would say I failed to capture the scene at its “best”. But I’d bet very few have captured this exact mood, rather than the same polished, post card shot everyone else goes for.

This isn’t some remote place deep in the mountains. It’s literally 100 meters from the last houses in a district on the outskirts of Bulgaria’s capital. Some people here have actual waterfalls in their backyards. In fact, I’m one of them, although mine isn’t quite as pretty as this one (not joking).

The wild garlic hadn’t bloomed yet last week, but it was still beautiful. By now it should be in bloom, and if I manage to get out and shoot tomorrow or on Monday, I’ll post some before-and-after shots. I’ve heard the contrast with the white flowers is pretty striking.

This is the church from the outside, when it gets flooded in the early spring.

Another phone shot. It’s from a temple that was half-submerged and abandoned when the communist regime built a dam in the 1960s and flooded the nearby village. In the summer, the water recedes enough that you can walk inside. The rest of the year the church remains partially underwater.
Today it’s a magnet for photographers, especially around sunset when the surrounding water reflects the deep reds and pinks of golden hour. I’ll post a few exterior shots in the coming days that I took earlier today.

Very few images I take are portfolio-worthy. Most are like this one. Simple, flat, and unlikely to earn any praise. I still hold them dear.
Where you see a cloud, a rocky peak, and a deep blue sky, I see what it took to get there. Heat. Broken terrain. Knees ready to quit. A backpack with too little water and zero food. I stripped weight wherever I could so I could drag ten kilos of camera gear up this marble giant. Four hours up. Three hours down. No time for sunrise, or sunset — just harsh summer light and zero drama.
Still, it ended up being one of my most productive and memorable shooting days of the year. The landscape kept delivering: minimal frames, wild goats, cascading light spilling through ridges, tourists wandering into the frame for scale, hidden nameless lakes, rock walls in every shape.
Bruised feet, dry like a desert throat, mild sunburn — was it worth it? Depends who you ask. For me, yes. I was properly wrecked by the end, but I’d do it again even if I didn’t come back with a single award-worthy frame. Because I’d still have the memories.
There’s something oddly satisfying in the struggle itself. Maybe that’s the whole point.

GM. Can confirm. Bringing a camera along (not a phone) works miracles. Best meditation ever.
