We're excited to announce here that in just a couple days The Beef Initiative and the I Am Texas Slim Foundation is debuting their First-Ever Tomahawk Ribeye Eating Contest! Allow The Beef Initiative and Texas Slim to be your guides on what we call The Great American Cattle Drive.
This cattle drive isn't just any cattle drive. Think Charles Goodnight, Joseph McCoy from the 1880s – but modernized with Bitcoin. Over the years, the beef industry became congested and centralized, resulting in a country that is now a net importer of foreign beef. We’re here to change that. One way we aim to do so is through our collaboration with all of you through the gates of The Beef Initiative and the Cattleman’s Feast.
We invite you to join us in presenting a solution to the multinational corporate stranglehold over our food supply. A solution where verifiably real money meets verifiably local food. It's the Modern-Day Cattleman Way.
