People in the Bitcoin community often mention they are "building." When a Bitcoiner says this, it carries significant weight. The Bitcoin Pivot has adopted a new approach by focusing on the Three Cs of Bitcoin: Culture, Creativity, and Connection. Our goal is to develop better system concepts that function now and will endure for future generations. Bitcoin is the prime example of innovation. We believe it’s essential for people to understand what this technology can do and how it can be applied beyond just sound money. Bitcoin drives innovation and encourages participation in this ongoing building process. We focus on the human layer to build better systems.

All aboard! Track 21: Bitcoin Innovation Express. The future of finance arrived 17 years ago and is no longer a distant concept. A quiet convergence of innovation is happening all around us. The disruptive potential of innovation is evident, especially given the past six months of advances in artificial intelligence. Imagine the developments twelve months from now. I am committed to embracing innovation and its disruptive power—I live and breathe it. Instead of me persuading you, the more important question is: what are you doing to prepare for the future of innovation? Satoshi Nakamoto's creation of Bitcoin exemplifies how better systems can be developed and offers a glimpse into what is possible.

Fiat currency drains the energy from people and requires a lot of our time to earn it. There is another way. I have witnessed first hand that culture, creativity, and connections can change the narrative for how we see Bitcoin be adopted and implemented. Organizations and communities that have lack of understanding is where you bring educational awareness for Bitcoin. The people is the focus. Evolve our culture, bring new creative ideas, and build connections and when combined, I have seen Bitcoin flourish. This is why 2026 will be a pivotal year for Bitcoin. We the people must use our time and energy in more useful ways to educate and Pivot to a new narrative.

Censorship no more! Nostr is my group and the Bitcoin Freedom Society needs to be building right here globally. Bitcoin is our trust anchor in this trustless world. We cannot trust anything but the code that is decentralized. Let the building towards real world concepts that actually work begin! Follow me on this journey.

Happy New Year 2025! I have officially started my comprehensive exam for my doctorate degree. The next eight weeks will be exhausting, but I am motivated and will be successful. I love working on blockchain, so continuing research in the field will help bring joy to the intense dissertation process.

I envision a world where blockchain will enable people to have control of their own personal identities, have real ownership rights, and have control of their privacy.

I was able to attend multiple Congressional meetings for Blockchain Education Day! I will remember May 16, 2024 forever. I came to Washington DC alone and I am already leaving with many new research friends in the blockchain community. As a blockchain researcher, I am an advocate for specific legislation that encourages American innovation, not prevent it. I want to thank the Digital Chamber of Commerce for the hard work putting together the DC Blockchain Summit the day before and for coordinating these meetings with our elected officials. I look forward to next year and I will not be alone next time.
