Handyman engineer. I bounce from project to project. I'm often called in to do the finishing touches, bringing 90% complete projects over the finish line. I'm good at making disparate systems talk to each other. * Zaps powered by nostr:nprofile1qqsf07zg4hxyccnkdp07fppxmetpfzru3fg6mgzx3nk8r7af8qnjjyg76vulm * On-chain powered by nostr:nprofile1qqsvxq03xdev3uxehjqcdkr5lfzl5vawmcf7vm6ps73m6ghwg8y4k2shaefxp *Always Buy the Dip* #privacy #security #linux #Android #networkengineer #infosec #SimpleX #dogs #cats #pets #cooking

I'm at my local library, just relaxing and investigating some new books when this guy sitting a few tables over ripped a loud AF fart. It was so loud that someone across the room said, "SHHHHHHHH!!!!!" And now I'm laughing hysterically 🤣

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio just submitted a memo to a US federal court stating that he can deport anyone he wants regardless of whether or not they've been charged or convicted of a crime, purely on the basis of their beliefs. Thought crime. It's not hyperbole to notice that the US is fast approaching Orwell's 1984.
Rubio has worked quickly to establish his own mini-dictatorship at State. His gleeful canceling of hundreds of student visas, eager participation in disappearances and obviously illegal courtroom shenanigans, and more — it is this little weasel that, if the courts let him, get to decide which beliefs are allowed in the country in the future. So much for the First Amendment.

This self-proclaimed Patriot got so angry when he saw an anti-fascism poster that he just had to destroy it. But despite his best efforts, the sign defeated him. It would be pathetic if it wasn't so funny 🤣

Trump’s insistence that the U.S. is being taken for a ride betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of economics that is built on a dislike of other countries and a desire to be the dealmaker responsible for a new world order.

Alright, hear me out. It's like Limbo, but the limbo stick is going to be on fire, and this ripped little dude is gonna pick you up, place you across his bent knees, and bend over backwards as he shimmies under the flaming limbo stick with you planked out, riding his little legs. Waddayasay? 😳

These are some suspiciously well-fed street dogs. No protruding ribs among these boys! 😂 #dogs #dogstr
This dog shreds harder than most skaters I know... #dogs #dogstr #skaterDog
These two dudes came across a choking raccoon in the middle of the night. Bill performed the raccoon Hiemlich maneuver while the other guy yelled words of encouragement. The Hiemlich successfully dislodged the food piece, and everyone cheered. Raccoon then did the walk of shame and shuffled off to his family. Life is fucking weird.

There are only two countries in the whole world who are exempt from Trump's tariffs... Russia, and North Korea. 🤔

So, dude was upset that he was being towed, so he accosted the tow truck driver, stole the tow truck, destroyed 10 cars pulling out, then destroyed his own truck because his dumb ass didn't understand that it wasn't properly secured when he took it. And of course it's New Jersey. 😭

This video makes me so happy ☺️ This service dog works hard for her human every day, so they took her to a fun park and let her go down the slide! The look on her face, and the way her ears float up on every bump just cracks me up! And you can tell how happy she is when she gets to the bottom. I hope this makes you happy, too!

He's out of his fucking mind. It is crystal clear he's a tyrant who sees himself as another Ghengis Khan, or Alexander the Great. He desires empire, and conquest, and has no interest in serving the people. This 3rd term bullshit is just the latest evidence of his anti-American, anti-democratic perspective, and his intention to completely shred the Constitution.

One of the most disturbing aspects of the so-called "Signalgate" scandal, in which alleged Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, DNI Tulsi Gabbard, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, VP JD Vance, CIA Director John Ratliff, advisor Stephen Miller, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio engaged in a classified discussion on the encrypted Signal app without realizing that Waltz had somehow invited a senior journalist at The Atlantic into the chat that openly talked about specific plans to attack Yemen among other sensitive and classified topics, is that they intentionally set the app to delete the conversation after a short time.
This alone is a brazen violation of the Freedom of Information Act, the Espionage Act, the Presidential Records Act, and the Management by Federal Agencies Act. These are serious federal crimes that come with prison sentences. Of course Trump's loyal Attorney General Pam Bondi would never consider investigating or prosecuting anyone on "the team" because she's not a competent professional who honors her oath to the Constitution, but these are real crimes that are actively investigated and prosecuted by real federal prosecutors all the time. Just not in this administration.
Transparency in government is one of our oldest and most sacrosanct rights; it is what protects us from jackboots in the night. By running “off the books” official communications, Trump advisors are deliberately circumventing federal law to evade public and legal scrutiny, in line with Project 2025’s calls to conceal damning information from the public.

I just finished watching #Adolescence on #Netflix, and just wow. What a powerful show. This is one that's unquestionably destined to win a shitload of awards.
Adolescence tells the story of a 13yo boy who's arrested for the murder of a classmate, and the impact on his family who are struggling to understand what happened, and reconcile what he's done with the wonderful child they know and love.
The kid who played the boy is a first-time actor who just completely smashed it out of the park. And the man who plays his father, Stephen Graham, co-created and co-wrote the 4 episode series. I've been a huge fan of Graham since I first watched Snatch!, which he starred in alongside Brad Pitt and Jason Statham. He delivered a truly masterful performance with unmatched depth and passion.
If you have Netflix, I can't recommend this show enough. It's an experience. Otherwise, you can download all 4 episodes from The Pirate Bay. #movies
