Pin
A user or community can pin a curated set of events to their profile. Pinned events are publicly visible to anyone fetching that pubkey’s pin list and serve as a featured selection of content.
Pin List (kind:10001)
A replaceable event containing references to pinned content. Any event type can be pinned.

Both e and a tags MAY be used together. Relay hints SHOULD be included.
