Yesterday I shared and was making joke of this 7 news article over on my IG stories & then 10 mins later my account was penalised, my reach suppressed over a 2 years old post for misinformation.

Just a gentle reminder that I don’t actually own our followers on there & am confined to playing the game 🙃

Grateful Nostr exists 🌞

Found a stick and it turned out to be a flute 🪈🌿

I asked Wim Hoff what he thinks about the impending AI takeover 🤖🦾

Wim has completed half marathons barefoot in the snow, spent over an hour submerged in ice, swam 66 meters under ice without a wetsuit and after being voluntarily injected, fought off E Coli and its symptoms with his breathwork practice.

Science is just starting to catch up to what he’s capable of 🙌

My toddler and I are currently on tour with the Circus Bon Bon in New Zealand 🏹

The circus is like the modern village with many hands doing many jobs. The world needs more spaces and working environments where mothers and their children are encouraged to be there.

Things would change so much for the better if mothers could bring their babies to work rather than sending them off to alternative care… 🙌

One more week on tour to go 🫶

Make milk raw again 🐮

We recently stopped by a raw milk dispenser in New Zealand

It feels great to buy milk without feeling like a criminal here! 😍

Mum & son archery practice 🏹

What a blessing 💓

In most cultures historically, children lived with or near family until marriage - often in multi-generational homes where land, resources, and care were shared.

The idea that individual self-sufficiency is a virtue is a Western invention. Hyper-individualism frames staying connected as weakness. Moving out at 18 fragments families, piles on financial and emotional strain, and locks young adults into the hamster wheel of debt.

There shouldn’t be stigma around staying or returning home. This is the modern village!

Even if your family dynamics aren’t perfect, you still have the chance to rewrite the story — and create stronger foundations for the generations to come. 🙌

Gm Nostr 🌞

What would you add to our daily smorgasbord? 🥩🥥🍯🍉

Im working on obtaining another citizenship for myself and my child with

Citizenship by descent is essentially a way for you to claim a passport through your family lineage (aka an anchor ancestor)

My boyfriend qualified for Slovakian citizenship through his great grandmother who he had no original documents for...

Claiming citizenship through your ancestors is one of the cheapest ways to get another passport, add to your freedom, and pass down for generations

It's truly no brainer for freedom oriented families interested in Flag Theory

You can check your eligibility here :

What do you guys think about creators that just cross post content from other platforms on to Nostr?

It seems like to me there is more community engagement when posts are original or feel more personalized, vs the tonality of speaking to a wider audience on the mainstream platforms.

Feeling the fire to start training again… 🏹

I have been deplatformed on TikTok before and lost two accounts there with over 1 followers between them

After that I stopped investing my energy into a platform that could take my community away without warning and no way to appeal…

I still created on X and IG out of necessity but the fear of being rugged is definitely present, and I’m so tired of renting my audience

As a creator I’m so lit up by Nostr and I’m looking forward to a future here 🧚

Nature has all the answers. When you’re in the troughs, exhale, return to and be embraced by the Mother 🌀
