Every voice to text tool wanted my voice in the cloud, choked on my German+English mix, or hid the good part behind a subscription, so I built my own. Stenote runs fully locally on your Mac, types into any app, and mixes 25 languages in a single sentence. The tool that listens to you should run on your machine, not someone elses server: private, local, fast, free.
