This past weekend I guided 11 activists, freedom fighters, and open source developers through a somatic breathwork journey!
For most it was their first experience with breathwork. I truly believe it set the tone for an incredible, meaningful weekend of building and advancing the grassroots freedom tech movement at our second AI Hack for Freedom.

In Sanskrit, sat translates to “real”. So much of what we perceive is the thoughts we tell ourselves; it’s our ego getting in the way of what is sat.
The ego complicates fiction from reality, and this dissonance creates suffering.
In the case of building wealth, bitcoiners know how fake fiat the system became. It can feel hopeless.
Then Satoshi gifted us Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is real money in the sense that it returns us to ourselves. Experiencing the digital, but rooted in the physical.
Bitcoin becomes conscious money.
That’s why I call my practice Satflow.

It’s the summer of the air guitar. Bring it back
1 year ago this week I partook in a 5 day Big Breathwork retreat in the beautiful Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
I arrived as a lost observer who had no idea how to find presence or work through any stress.
The trip contained incredible people, food, yoga, and 4+ hours of breathwork a day.
And yes, it was work.
I alchemized this experience with a new perspective, a new sense of courage, and a new fire.
A year later it’s pretty amazing to see where I stand now.
