The most amazing place i have ever been in my life. The place where we will experience the medicine. Sacred land, sacred plants, sacred wisdom. I can hardly put my gratitude for this gift from God into words. Shava shava.🌿

#sacredconciousness #kambô #plantmedicinejourney #amazonrainforest

Since my first energetic contact with ayahuasca, I have been noticing a clear calling to go to the jungle. It was a tough journey to finally be here. I went through a lot of fear, self-created drama, and deep soul expansion even before I drank my first cup. After my ceremony, the call became even clearer and louder. Every cell in my body was screaming: go to the jungle.

On my flight to this amazing place, I heard a question in my head: What are you searching for? Why are you on your way to this place now? The answer was silence.

My mind does not know why it is so important for me to be here right now. But as soon as my feet touched this land, I felt: this is exactly where I need to be. I know it will change my life forever, and still I have no idea why.

I surrender to the experience, to life, and to every door that will open as I walk this path with the medicine. I am deeply grateful that God has allowed me to be here, to see this beauty and power with my own eyes, and to feel this spirit with my soul.

Shava shava. Só alegria. ✨

My journey to Brazil, to the Amazonian Jungle. I’m traveling in deep devotion to the plants of the Jungle to a beautiful ancient Tribe called Shanenawas. I will learn more about the sacred medicine Kampu, Uni, Hapé (known here as Kambo, Ayahuasca, Rapé) and much more. I can’t wait to share this wisdom with all of you who are as well in deep devotion and respect to healing, expansion and the Mother Nature. ✨

GRATITUDE AND MAGICAL 2026 🦋✨

2025 was intense. Especially the last weeks were deeply tangible for me. I learned to trust myself, to walk my path with joy, and to reconnect more deeply with who I truly am. I had beautiful encounters, so much depth and many honest inner processes. I sat in sacred ceremonies multiple times and deepened my knowledge and lived experience in the field of plant medicine.

First of all, I thank you from my heart for being part of this journey — in workshops, women’s circles, through Royal Reflect, within the Sacred Consciousness container, or quietly witnessing from the background. Your interest in yourself, your growth, and your inner truth is not something to be taken for granted. It is a sign of courage.

2025 stood for reconnection, and many began to take themselves more seriously and to prioritize their spiritual journey. You took the first steps toward self-awareness and reflection. Maybe this year you recognized something about yourself, your patterns, or what no longer feels aligned. And maybe there is not clarity now, but rather the question: How do I continue from here?

Growth needs time, safety, and support — because change becomes lighter when you don’t have to carry it alone. Everything I offer is created from exactly this intention: as support for people who are ready to continue, at their own pace, deeply connected with themselves.

Within the Sacred Consciousness community, you’ll find impulses and a reflection space for your processes. From there, you also receive community benefits (including cooperation discounts for sacred plant medicine work).

In 2026, I am opening the gates again for 9 courageous souls who are ready to meet themselves deeply in the 1:1 SOULS Guiding Journey. This work is exclusively for people who are done with merely functioning and surviving — and who are willing to walk through fear to meet themselves in truth and depth.

• Weekly coaching session (60–90 min) • WhatsApp support & emergency calls • Deep body-, emotional- and consciousness-based work

3 months: €900 / month 6 months: €800 / month 12 months: €700 / month

Book your first session now if you feel internally stuck, disconnected from yourself, or sense: There is more, and I want to reach it.

It has been calling me for a long time, and I can hardly believe I can finally share this: 2026 will be the first year you can surrender into my Pacha Mama spaces. There will be several Sacred Medicine Retreats with Cannabis, Psilocybin, Rapé and Sananga. An interest list is currently being created, as the space is limited. If you feel called by this path, please reach out to secure your place: [email protected] WhatsApp: 015234082072

For several years now, I have been active with PsyCare at festivals, with my REALTALK concept in schools, and in many other social institutions — offering guidance, prevention, and awareness work around addiction, emotions, regulation, and self-responsibility. Now it is time to multiply this work. I have developed a training with subsequent certification in the SOULS Method. If you feel called to share your own healing journey through addiction, psychological challenges, or trauma — combined with spiritual depth and awareness — and to guide others on this path, feel free to reach out via email or WhatsApp if you are interested in becoming a trainer for schools and/or a PsyCare space holder.

As in previous years, schools, authorities, and psychosocial institutions can also book the Intuitive Lived Experience Report on substance abuse, eating disorders, psychological illness, and recovery. Requests via email: [email protected]

Another offer for schools, authorities, and psychosocial institutions is the SOUL Remembrance Workshop (3h / 6h), including body- and emotion-oriented self-experience, work with the autonomic nervous system, understanding and regulating stress responses, somatic techniques such as breathing, simple movement and perception exercises, experiencing the interplay of body, emotion, and cognition, resource activation and grounding, and strengthening self-perception and boundaries. Requests via email: [email protected]

I can’t wait to see you again next year, to hear from you, to collaborate, and to walk together on this unique and beautiful path into the depth of our true self.

I wish you a wonderful, peaceful, and soul-aligned transition into the new year 2026. Trust me — it will be absolutely beautiful.

I’m holding you close and sending love. With love, Regina 🫶🏻

Depression isn’t just sadness. It’s your soul whispering that something deeper wants to wake up. It’s the ache of living too far away from your truth.

So many of the “diagnoses” we carry are not flaws or malfunctions they’re loud wake up calls for remembrance. For presence. For the reconnection to something sacred inside of us that we’ve forgotten.

You’re not broken, your soul is just remembering who you truly meant to be in this lifetime. ✨

If you feel that truth in your bones, reach out. Let’s walk this path of awakening together — I guide you in 1:1 sessions back to your soul. 🌿

When you feel the need to grow, expand and change — go for it! Just do it, the fear will always stays. But trust the love and trust that everything is working out the best case scenario. Like you trust and verify the Bitcoin, you can trust life. 🫶🏻

The last weeks brought far more than I ever expected. I knew the changes that came with my decisions would be challenging, but this final month of 2025 expanded me in ways I could never have imagined.

Uncertainty. Letting go of familiar safety. Reorganizing my daily structure. Trust and surrender—while everything I once knew crumbled.

And still, I see the beauty in the pain. The expansion that comes from facing fear. The unconditional love revealed through growth.

Through it all, choosing to be the most loving and compassionate version of myself—no matter what. That is the journey.

#water 💦

Did you know that water actually should not contains minerals? The water should be empty so that it can catch and transport the nutrients in your body to the right place. When we drink already charged water the nutrients in our bodies stays where they are and not being transported. So decide concious what energy and #frequency you put into your system. 🔥

🌿MAMA AYAHUASCA🌿

Early before I was consciously aware of what it takes to go on this journey and before I knew what this sacred medicine does, I had the clear calling to sit someday with this medicine.

I’m right now on my way to surrender to this #medicine on my way to everything and nothing at the same time.

Since I take the conscious decision to do this, the energy of the plant startet to work with my system. I faced in the last weeks and days so much. #Fears, #Triggers, Self #Judgement, insecurity’s and questioning everything. My path, my work, my passion, my way.

It lead me again and again to the question: Why am I doing this? For what? Why I’m going through all of this with such a devotion and trust to life? The clear answer that I received was — S H A R E !

So I’m here, following my souls desire, dharma and joy. ✨

I know that sitting in this #Ceremony will bring me to huge realizations, expansion, deeper understanding and changes. I’m looking forward to share even deeper about my way, so you can feel the energetic difference as well. Becoming aware that you are the creator of your life. 🔥

In love Regina 🫶🏻

The most loving creature on planet earth 🤩🐶

Animals are a direct reflection of your inner state, so if you’re pissed with animals.. you’re pissed with yourself. If you try to control a dog, you actually try to control yourself. But that’s not love, that’s not freedom. So if you chose #bitcoin and #nostr you choose freedom in money and speech. What about your souls freedom? Is your heart free to express yourself?

#soulexpression #questions #reflexions #healing

Why the journey with #Bitcoin leads to #spirituality and why people automatically grow inwardly when they involved on a deeper level with Bitcoin. 🔥🤩

This was my first #kambo experience. 🐸

You will always feel only the level of #security and #freedom that you reached inside yourself. Even #bitcoin can’t change that. Cuz for feeling at inner peace your need #trust.

Releasing everything that is blocking us from the oneness with source, from receiving what’s naturally belongs to us. Trusting the process, trusting the inner calling and surrender to the frequency and the sacred medicine of the rainforest. In deep devotion, respect and gratefulness for that perfectly aligned opportunity. ✨

Reach out if you feel ready to start your own journey of remembering who you truly are. 🦋

My name is Regina. I’m 29 Years old. I was addicted to various kinds of drugs for 8 years of my life. I was suicidal, depressed and diagnosed with Borderline, PTSD and so much more. I hurt myself this is why I chose unconsciously over and over again stay in toxic relationships where I gave all my energy to finally be loved. But I didn’t find outside of me the love I was searching for. The love is inside, and I learned to give it to myself first. And that is exactly what I now support others with — reach out when you want to end the drama circle in your life. 📩
