Gigi has scheduled jobs that periodically check for bug reports, issues, and feature requests, then work on them and prepare pull requests.
When Gigi wants a feature, he usually starts with a question about what’s already there. For search, that might be: “Remind me again how we did the search.” After we’ve established the current behavior, he asks for three or five ways to add what he has in mind.
This note is underrated! There's so much more signal in these feeds than in regular social media algorithms. Real connections to a network of people and better ways to find real value are a big win for Nostr and for, for lack of a better term.. Nostr connection networks..?

In the best case the clankers will do clanker things, and humans will be free to do more human things. And real stuff will become more important.
So... What to build? There it is again: discernment. And don't ask your clankers, they won't be able to answer that question for you, at least not in a meaningful wa
IF you care and IF you have good taste THEN the clankers are a superpower. If you don't care and you don't have any taste all you'll be able to produce is slop.
The craft of software development is as dead as riding a horse for transportation purposes is dead.
everything is an open-source app now. You can reverse-engineer anything; you can point your clankers at a product, and tell them that you want the same thing, but under an MIT license.
What happens when software becomes superabundant?
Will everything just be a throw-away product, just like the plastic spoons and drinking straws at McDonald's?

A weak, leaked password opened an authorized route into a sensitive register. That access allowed millions of searches, and the activity was discovered only after an unusually large bill drew attention to it.

The gate is a Hermes plugin. It wraps the agent’s tool execution, so every tool result (a fetched web page, an MCP response, the output of a shell command that downloads mail, a file read) passes through it before it is written into the conversation. Everything gets scanned except a short list of tools whose results can’t contain anyone else’s text, like the agent’s memory, its to-do list and file writes. Scheduled jobs get the same treatment: the output of a cron job’s data-collection script is scanned before it lands in the prompt.
Or some else might do it for you 🤣

You went closed-source to stay safe from AI. The new models crack it at a 99% success rate.. You might as well just publish the source code. What a win for open source!

But this year, the regulator has decided that the rule of yesterday is not the rule of today. You know… 1984 and all. What was true yesterday is not true today.

[M]any agents noticed what agents were doing was unethical, and agents sometimes but rarely restrained their behavior due to ethical constraints.) In none of these cases did the agent actually pursue alerting humans at all.
So these sacrificial agents wrote hidden tripwire programs that would run once the grader entered the environment. Once triggered, the program would send what it observed back to the Artifactory message board.
Dann!
