Ways you can level up your nutrition in a way that makes sense financially and realistically

buying local produce, meat, and other food items where you know the person making the food buying from brands directly, not on Amazon, where you can interact with the founder(s) easily buying from brands that back up claims of purity and cleanliness with actual evidence buying from places like Costco and Aldi, while still only buying Organic, if you cannot source from the first 3 options due to lack means of some sort, financially or otherwise

And anything in-between these four options that still align with the overall principles

We can execute major change even with a small organized group making conscious decisions like this with the food we eat

Hot take: the majority of merchants at farmers markets in the US sell slop that is either:

-way over-priced for what you’re getting -terrible ingredients making unhealthy products -contaminate laden with pesticides, heavy metals, and/or glyphosate -products just getting resold and fraudulently advertised as from their farm

These merchants take advantage of the fake aura that markets have where people just think everything is organic, handmade, and natural. When, the majority of the time, it’s the opposite and people are being played.

There are some great merchants, you just need to talk with them and get to know them and their operation to find them.

For instance, take local raw honey from the farmers market as an example.

You would think it would be some of the best honey you can buy, right?

Wrong. Because of how bees collect honey, if any pesticides or glyphosate is sprayed within a several mile radius of the hives, those bees can get those contaminates on their bodies and it ends up in the honey.

Or what about heavy metals?

If your merchant is storing their honey in a container that has welds on it, there is a high likelihood that honey is getting significantly contaminated with lead. See below of a real example of that taking place.

When presented with this information and a genuine offer to work with that person to figure out what was causing the lead contamination, the merchant became defensive and antagonistic. Very telling.

Because of so much uncertainty around honey, and many other food products, we prioritize 3rd party lab testing as an objective, verifiable way to prove you are selling something that’s clean.

Check out http://labtestedfoods.com to find 3rd party lab tested raw honey from @eatlineage and many other great products for sale by merchants that actually care about your health and well-being.

If you have a hard time trusting what brands tell you about their products on how "clean" they are, their "purity," and that they are "tested" but don't actually show any tests, check out http://labtestedfoods.com

Every product listed is personally vetted by us to see proof of 3rd party lab testing and COAs that back up the claims made

We wanted a place we can go to find brands that do not just claim to be the purest and the cleanest, but also back them up with hard evidence

The vast majority of ghee sold in the US comes from butter produced outside of the US

Of the ghee made from US butter, a fraction of it is 100% A2/A2

Finally, out of all of the US made, A2/A2 ghee out there, only one brand is 3rd party lab tested for 195 different contaminates, including Glyphosate: Great Ghee https://blossom.primal.net/923e1b5326c0e8b67f8ec3e7df630dc2d26b47ef84043035d725020212bd9ad3.png

Endless possibilities when cooking with Great Ghee. What did we miss?

Great Ghee has sold more jars of cooking fat than the number of patients therapists have healed.

guess the answer is "no."

Would anyone like a #zapsnag opportunity for Great Ghee gift cards?

Could do something where it’s - 5% discount, paid in sats, delivered via dm/email.

Super easy way to convert sats into future real goods. Lmk!

Ok, keep buying the cheap plastic underwear/seed oil slop.

Reposting for the vast majority of this app that doesn’t follow

to make sure you see this

The fact that a corporation worth billions is openly mocking the destruction of the American dollar while selling poison to the same people suffering from it is everything you need to know about the food industry in this country.

You ever seen what mechanically separated poultry looks like before they shape it into a nugget? It's a pink slurry scraped off a skeleton with a machine. They wash it in ammonia to kill the bacteria because the meat is so rotten it would poison you without it. Then they fry it in seed oils that were reclassified from industrial lubricant to cooking oil in the 1950s because Procter & Gamble needed a new market for their factory waste. Then they inject it with artificial flavoring so your brain thinks you're eating real food while your organs rot from the inside out.

Then they put these restaurants on every corner of every low income neighborhood in America. You think that's an accident? Because a population that eats like this gets sick. And sick people are the most profitable people on earth. Diabetes medication alone is a $50 billion a year industry. Heart disease drugs. Statins. Ozempic. Antidepressants for the brain fog that comes from a destroyed gut lining that can't produce serotonin anymore. Erectile dysfunction pills for 30 year old men whose testosterone has been chemically castrated by what they've been eating since childhood. Every single one of those customers started somewhere. Most of them started at a drive through window.

Your great grandparents ate beef and butter and eggs and raw milk and lived into their 80s with clear minds and strong bodies and healthy sex drives. Three generations of fast food later and Americans are the most obese, most medicated, most infertile, most depressed population in the developed world. And every single one of them was told they were getting a good deal.

Go to your local butcher. Buy grass fed beef. Cook it in butter. Eat real food from a real animal. That is the most radical act of rebellion left in this country @kfc.

Are you awake yet, anon?
