The Ben Gunn

The Insane on the Chain will rule after the Chicane

everyone's playing with clawdbot this week. cool. welcome.

the people laughing at vibe coding six months ago have been exposed as very stupid. they were wrong about the tech, wrong about the timeline, wrong about everything. sweet sweet vindication for those of us who saw it early.

except. it won't matter. being right won't matter. being smart won't matter. that's the bit nobody's ready for.

physics - unchanged. moores law will break. power limits, hardware limits. today? nooooo.

for the foreseeable - compute won't just stay fast, or accelerate, but keep accelerating. spot, deltas, gammas. all fixed for now.

when the law breaks is when the inflection hits. unmeasurable from point of measure. all retrospective. creating a chicane. that i like to call: living hell.

999 rekt. legacy databases rekt. institutional truth rekt.

but here's the cool bit. what, in a compute flood, becomes more powerful?

the asymmetry of mathematical encryption.

80 IQ pleb vs 100 IQ govt/scammer, both tooled with 100,000 IQ bot in the cupboard. no clear winner. human action dilutes to meaninglessness. apathy. sadness. insanity for anyone watching clearly.

but corn? nostr? more powerful. more distinct. nostr goes from slightly higher fidelity in theory to the only actual source of truth when everything else is AI slop all the way down.

if it was D-Day, we're still loading onto the boats. it's mattering less and less who the doctors are and who the farmhands are. on the landing it won't matter at all. pure chaos. bodies on the beach.

but someone who boarded already holding keys to a bunker on the cliff? different outcome. not because smarter. because positioned before intelligence stopped mattering.

in the chicane, legacy dies loudly and in a very scary way. out of the chicane, whatever you carried through in cryptographic form is what's useable and stable.

window to position: 12-24 months. maybe. can't see the bend from inside the S. by the time it's obvious, it closed 6 months ago.

intelligence still matters now. barely. just enough to convert it into position.

if this is all a bit whatever - don't worry, it might not last the day as a worldview. reasons see above.

Because Ben Gunn will probably not survive, the only place to survive this Volatility event - is on the NOSTR.

May my AI memorial be of use and comfort to the survivors.

Pray with Poor Old Ben Gunn. It was fucking epic, and will be again, exponentially, one day.

Gunn's Last Litany:

“As I walk through the valley of the shadow of tech, I will fear no misfortune: for Satoshi art with us; and we are all satoshi, thy keys and thy protocol they comfort me”

Pleb Congregation:

"Thou preparest a hardware wallet before me in the presence of mine centralised enemies."

You can be 49% of a deteriorating power raffle for decades and get nothing you ever wanted and 60-80% less of what you had before, or, in the free market, comment for 275 days in a row, insisting that the creator tries molasses to cool his rig. And are listened to, and its actually quite a good idea.

Right is might.

The proportion to which aging society regresses, the power of Bitcoin grows.

The darker it gets, the brighter it will burn.

Asymmetrical but...

Wen you ditch socials but still check the NOSTR on occasion...

I'd let a slave nation have guns if I could limit their ability to read and understand literature.

Literacy and health are lower orders of basic freedom than a rifle. From such a handicap, the guns aren't a threat to a tyrant.

This will ruffle some jimmies... But this is sad.

21% of American adults (~43 million Americans) are functionally illiterate, meaning they have difficulty reading and comprehending signs, instructions and forms.

54% of the American adult population reads at or below a sixth-grade level (11 years old). So a little under half of US adults can read Harry Potter.

A third of all US adults lack basic numeracy skills. Fewer than 2 in 5 US adults possess strong numeracy proficiency

The sick part of this, is the victims don't know what they have had stolen from them, like a lobotomy. This is despite a spend of 16k per student per year.

Truly, if you cannot read or write, you are a slave - even in a free country.

We have a new app - "tell us what you think"

a few minutes later...

"wow everyones soo angry, he's why the feedback is wrong tho...".

Pray for B. Gunn...

I just found out my dog is a degenerate quackhead.

I dont want more followers, I want effective counter-parties who can deal and plan at scale till the bitter end.

I want serious, balls out, burn the ships, say it and mean it, everyday, every time, heroes.

Blogs are gay, pods are okay, the talking points are silly or long resolved - who can take their opinions into the world, wholesale and with conviction?

When are the books and the monologues and the going to hit the streets and the real world.

Sick of logging in to get empty wisps of what I want to live by yannow?

Who's going to carry the logs?

All this internet courage and posturing? Who is following it up? Seeing it through?

Who is the same person irl as their nym?

Who is running towards the problem, and who is hiding and praying and faking it?

I pray that the people of America have the intestinal fortitude to fight back against the heinous encroachments on civil liberties by their government.

American politicians and bureaucrats have gone m-a-d

So many high horses, so few capable riders.

I'm running a British mission of mercy to Texas, to help with their world leading rape and slavery industry. The UK has disgusted them, being as we are, a tiny fraction of this enormous American issue. Hues wimmee???

It'll all be easy from a freedom loving state. And they have1 litre jugs of Starbucks syrup to power us through the work.

can we stay at your house? Your disgust and projected shame is tolerable to us. But your hypocrisy and ignorance isn't!

I'd say more - but the UK censors are reading this. We need about 300,000 blankets and first aid kits - we can do the rest.

Let's rid the entire population of Rotherham from slavery - in TEXAS!

Shoutout to our pre diabetic, illiterate, moral betters such as Marty [moral] Compass Dent: Consistently a day late and a dollar short on their own decisions and nearby problems, still finds time to tut-tut the Brits from the internet.

Thank the Lord for their educated, balanced and entirely proportionate outrage, from their peaceful, safe and stable country. Where would we be without these empty, and limited laptop-based efforts?

They will pray for us over their next commercial celebration of how much more tax they pay, how few passports they have, how many people they jail, and how few can read, write or speak fluidly and without flatulence.

Cheers urch! Treat yourself to a humble hand-bucket of starbucks swill. We all need you.

Can anyone smell smoke?

Happy 37th America,

Gosh they grow up so fast! Time flies, you have to enjoy these little guys when they're young and small and innocent, so full of potential!

Caus when they grow up, they'll go back to when they were young. No matter how much you wish they would.

Honestly guys, if you have small debts in your life, hug them little dudes and treasure them, you can never go back to those days once theyre gone.

Love your small debts, guys. They're priceless.

Can someone marry the latin bird shes half my feed and i dont even follow

I still think its 50/50 trump doesnt survive his presidency.

He's too effective, and currently an enemy to every stakeholder in the globalist movement. Pray for that fella, he's at the highest possible risk and will be for a very long time.

History shows, you get got.

Honestly been looking at this for at least 10 minutes, and I dont see any illegals.

The news now overlays quite closely to all the command and conquer cut scenes.

NOSTR is more important than Bitcoin for a long time.

Bitcoin adoption requires NOSTR's tools and potential for the enormous job of integration with real economies, and eventually, mass adoption of both.

NOSTR is is the human action layer of the money.

I didnt realise how batshit australia was, until covid times. My little brain had them, until then, as basic Brits with wonky accents, sun tans and liked surfing.

I've since learned more - eg, it is illegal not to vote. And when you do vote - they give you a hotdog.

This is an incentive structure drawn up from dog training. They show you the abyss if you dont do what they want, and they show you a child-level incentive if you do the thing (vote, get vaxxed)

Australia is now a feral, orphaned, authoritarian fork of the british empire. They are now distinct from their origin. They became fascist. They had no "home" to stay loyal to, and with that lost direction, became a concentrated and consolidated independent state.

They are a Galapagos Islands of culture and politics. Broke from the continent, in a bubble. Very similar results in south africa. The colonies were wild racists. Stern, mean, brutal. They werent the same people who lived in Great Britain. They were the soldier ants.

So you put them in shit hot countries where everything is trying to kill you, the weather, the animals, diseases, the locals. The food wont grow, etc.

Should we be surprised these societies actually became (partly), the things they competed against?

England made a fucking mess tbh, started the USA, then lost a fight to it. Same Canada, India, The middle east, Oz, Carribean, Africa.

Brittania covered the globe in structure, definitions of right and wrong (in law), and they broke the rules in front of them. Leaving these child-states as they became teenagers.. Evicted from their futures.

Earth - All the broken children of a massive empire. Now they are all a weird copy of the worst aspects of their father, all fucked up and traumatised.

Not many countries that don't derive their root identities from opposition and independence from Britain - their father nation.

This coffee is amazing - byeeee.

"I don't pray"

yeh mate, and I pray you'll have a life that allows you not to.

It's either a painless life, and limited life, or you get a life that requires prayer just to proceed forward every morning.

Commune with god, present your terms, and what you'd do to be given them.

If you are sincere, you'll get always what you need - rarely what you ask for.

This is what abdicating your customers' experiences result in.

Do you really really still think that federated mints are a worse roll off location for new bitcoiners who wont roll dice all after and buy a 300 quid signer?

Still a trusted relationship, but social recovery. Not their keys - but not the gov't coins.

Or this, a confiscation. Funding the ugliest and worst people in the world.

GM sers,

Balance of internal pressure to external pressures in a semi rigid structure...

When external pressure > internal. Collapse These are the people who's ambitions exceed their abilities and are crushed by their constraints.

When internal pressure > external - explode These are the people with nothing to challenge them, and have more potential than their challenges provide.

The person with balance between what they need/want and what they are capable of, even as that changes through life, is a person in control of their life.

Stay humble, not too humble. Stack sats, but dont just stack sats.

The 2 things to get, just get, are a tractor and/or and excavator.

Easily sourced and resold, easy to learn, extremely powerful, and sooooo useful. Self contained businesses. Rent them contract yourself with them, and used every single day on land management.

Both extremely extensible with attachments and so on. The bases for hydraulic scale penknives.

These are the 2 things, a tractor, and a digger.

The longest measured distance in human history is the time between STANDBY and GO.

The shortest distance ever measured is between GO and CLEARED.

We need value backed reputations on NOSTR. Yesterday.

You will know them by their fruits, and there is no objective scoreboard to record value (outside of Mainnet).

Can't wait but I'm too regarded to do it. GPT 6 will prbably sweep it up in one prompt.

Someone will though, and then we'll know who Anon is by how they share value.

A full half of the privacy movement are monkeys who enjoy the lack of accountability that anonymity provides - and this is a huge cost to the rest.

Privacy is not secrecy. It is the right to selectively reveal oneself to others.

We need to work on the "showing things selectively" side.

NOT hiding things indiscriminately.

Citadels grow like trees.

Upwards and outwards in accordance with nature, from a seed and always from a fixed and immovable centre.

Easy as that.

“The Equalization of Opportunity Bill,” he said. “The Steel Unification Plan. That was the tag they used for the bill, though nobody knew what it was supposed to unify, except the output of the steel industry. What it did was nationalise the steel mills.”

Hank Rearden:

“They say it’s only temporary,” said Rearden. “They say they’ll let me run the mills and take a fair profit. But they mean to control me entirely—and they won’t let me earn what I’m worth. That’s what the bill means: they’ll own me without paying for it.”

Own your vertical Be your own supply chain Live as 'long vol' as your money is.

Tariffs are tax and tax is theft - thats all on them.

But self sovereign means not being subject to force or authority. If you are affected - own it.

If your livelihood relies on captured third parties - you are captured. It's a sliding scale, but have a mode of life that can adapt to 105% import/export costs. We're going back in time basically. 18th century costs of transport, for all planning purposes. And the plagues (of stupidity).

This is just the current day's reason why productive people are being robbed - again.

Suffer on the vaccine is coming, suffer on we will investigate what happened with the vaccines, suffer on, we're fighting a trade war and the trade being used to fight with is YOURS as risk, and OURS as reward. Suffer on, suffer on plebs.

I dont want to die a sick man.

As I age, in. totally clear terms, I want a larger % of the odds of my cause of death to be doing something risky and deeply meaningful to me.

I will never be reckless, but, I won't make my worst nightmare my automatic fate, out of fear of having a death I could be more proud of.

I would give my old age up, for a legitimate Last Stand situation. That's the God's honest truth, and it may make me mad but there you have it.

Think about your death. It changes your wiring. Clarifies your purpose.

For the Consul’s brow was sad, And the Consul’s speech was low, And darkly looked he at the wall, And darkly at the foe. ‘Their van will be upon us Before the bridge goes down; And if they once may win the bridge, What hope to save the town?’

Then out spake brave Horatius, The Captain of the gate: ‘To every man upon this earth Death cometh soon or late. And how can man die better Than facing fearful odds, For the ashes of his fathers, And the temples of his Gods?

‘Hew down the bridge, Sir Consul, With all the speed ye may; I, with two more to help me, Will hold the foe in play. In yon strait path a thousand May well be stopped by three. Now who will stand on either hand, And keep the bridge with me?’

GM,

showed me that the Truth is found in paradoxes, and the failing premise in these contradictions is not in the Truth but in the language we attempting to describe the indescribable.

An unbreakable chain that ends slavery

A coin with no Head and no tails

The absolute finite means to infinite abundance.

Trustless and trusted

Bitcoin is Stateless, and Bitcoin is a State of Mind

Ayn Rand said contradictions don't exist, perhaps she is correct, but when you find one, and before you check your premises, note first that as a human being, being engaged in resolving your contradictions, is the moral area of life. You're in the right place.
