Cleveland Bitcoin

Imagine what this looks like if / when every Bitcoin meetup across the United States gets involved. Wemhy wait for fiat to die before hyperbitcoinization. I say fuck it, we do it ourselves. #SovereignSupplyChain

Ask yourself, why do you Bitcoin? What's the point of having any money? Don't get lost in the sauce. You stack Bitcoin so you(or your kids) can obtain something useful from it later. But money isn't magic. It can't conjure goods and services out of thin air. All the money in the world wont coax a genie out of a bottle if that genie never existed in the first place.

Without an established circular economy of end to end bitcoiners, fiat will always have a stranglehold over us. Short of everyone becoming homesteaders, you need a sovereign supply chain or else you can never truly step out of their system.

This is why we are running the Autumn Bitnic this Sunday the 18th with Denim Road. It's one leg of a pilot run for a truly sovereign supply chain where every single participant is a Bitcoiner - from the farmer to the driver all the way to the guy manning the grill. No fiat anywhere in the chain. A Bitcoin standard isn't meant to be a struggle and we are taking the first steps towards making it truly abundant.

Thank you to everyone that showed up, especially those of you consistently coming month after month! 14 strong tonight, including two women (gasp!) and two preteens who were setting up their first noncustodial wallets during the meetup. The future is truly bright!

Autumn ₿icnic will be SUN OCT 18th at Hemlock Creek Picnic Area.

We will have FREE COOKOUT featuring pork chops and brats from Auggie's farm and a pop-up shop from Sound Coffee.

Everything from producers to transportation to consumers is entirely end to end Bitcoiners. We drop off and pick up goods at meetups, produced for Bitcoiners by Bitcoiners, creating a sovereign trade route. ZERO FIAT. Welcome to Denim Road, the Sovereign Supply Chain.

This cookout is a part of a larger trip we are rolling out as a sort of proof of concept and we'd greatly appreciate your support even if you cant attend! (Repost on socials, tell a friend, eat some free food, buy some stuff). It's an attempt to create a fully sovereign bitcoin supply chain. If/when fiat implodes, we will need to have an infrastructure already in place. After is too late and no one will build it if we don't.

Please come out for the free food and good vibes - showing up is already massive support. We also have an optional potluck if you'd like to bring something to share. Also feel free to bring your own stuff to sell for sats at the circular economy market!

See you there!

Still bullish on meetups!

Circular economy in action. We are winning!

What bear market? Still bullish as fuck on Bitcoin meetups.

Seen at Virginia Beach Cleveland Bitcoin going nationwide!

Cleveland Bitcoin will be at Saucy Brew Works downtown tonight at 7pm! Spread the word and see you there!

What does $5 of Bitcoin represent?

We are considering hosting a hands on workshop to get together and build a bunch of these. Each participant must commit to paying for the hardware unless we get a benevolent zap sponsor 😅. We will coordinate the group buy, all you need to do is show up with sats and a willingness to learn and build!

Let us know if you're local and interested.

We are changing things up! Since our inception, we have consistently met at 7pm on the 2nd Friday of EVERY month. We've been doing it for years and will continue to do so forever laura.

But due to our wide spread geographic presence and growing membership, we are now splitting into chapters!

Next month we will meet at Saucy Brew Works downtown. They were one of the first businesses in Cleveland to voluntarily turn out Bitcoin payments in their square terminal. It only makes sense we support them in turn!

We will be swapping locations every other month. July will be Saucy Brew Works and we will be back at Wild Eagle in Streetsboro in August.

See you all there!

We are out on the patio for tonight's meetup! 7pm Streetsboro Wild Eagle. Be there!

Gotta show your hosts some love! We presented this bar board to the Wild Eagle management as a thank you gift for being so welcoming.

Over the years, we learned that your relationship with your venue is extremely important and often sets the tone for every event.

Wild Eagle gave us a ton of leeway to put up flags, signs, and our circular economy table. They gave us a standing reservation for the entire covered/heated outdoor patio and were genuinely excited for us to be there. Great communication and didnt shy away from being associated with bitcoin at all!

Five stars, would meetup here again.
