If you think BTC is scarce, wait till you hear about PMF!
Trying to build the "decentralised digital marketplace of ideas" have always been futile, but now it is not even worthwhile even if possible. It is back to direct messaging and private groups and tightly moderated forums. None of which requires relays or indexers, and would be better served with good old email, with slight marginal optional upgrades, like sovereign identity.
Make sure you take your existing internet friends contacts now before it is too late. Mine will always be listed on Nuh.dev, and eventually on an MNS domain too.

If they were not genocidal scum, I would have focused more on them being the most cringe and immature scum in history, sovereignty and power doesn't suit them and they can't handle it. They hate responsibility and accountability, they only want power, power to kill children with impunity.

I am constantly surprised how well Mastodon works actually. It needed absolutely nothing more than a fix for identity.
All I want from these networks is being able to follow the feeds I want without mediators. It is what I would have reinvented if I wanted to build a social media based on emails.
I think I will invest more time in it going forward.

Centralized exchanges shutting down in bear markets, LSPs are going to do the same. Blockchains will remain the only viable and sustainable system.

I think it is crazy that people don't manage distributing software on a blockchain like Rootstock, it should be the most obvious place for registeries... Yes MNS is one registry, but many registries don't need short names and could be identified by a contract address, allowing teams to manage access to the release rights in more sophisticated ways than any bare keys can including any tricks you can make with advanced multisig constructions, and the cost is irrelevant, you don't release new versions every day.
If you woke up and wondering: "did the jews kill any children today?" The answer yes the did.. the answer is yes every fucking day. They fucking live for that shit, it is their entire purpose in life apparently.

Can someone explain to me how can majority hash rate collude to steal from hashrate escrow, but they can't collude to steal from every major Lighting LSP or Ark or any other L2 that depends on short term (time ceitical) censorship resistance?
Yes miners can only double spend what they put into the Ark/LSP etc, but they also get 3 BTC every ten minutes, they won't lack liquidity.
They spoil everything in the service of supremacy genocide and ethnic cleansing... You should support and celebrate killing zionists

People hate on Google too much. I think they gave us too many great tools that touches human lives in much more real ways than the larping and virtue signalling of the average hater. Google translate alone is doing insane good in the world for free. If you still think they suck, at least you need to have a theory on who would provide free translation to the world at that scale? Maybe eventually it is possible with on device LLMs, but until then, who provides that?

That is probably safer than fraud proofs, because... If the valid chain is a 10-100x weaker than the invalid chain... Maybe you just need to let the human intervene, instead of trusting code at this point.

Unpopular opinion; a full node enforcing Segwit is more likely to find itself on an fork than an SPV client ... I know this is insane to say, but it is true, If enough economic nodes decided to run older bitcoin core versions, miners can safely mine an invalid block according to segwit, and the full node will reject it, but the SPV will just follow the heaviest chain which after 6 blocks is very likely representing the economic majority, and definitely after 100 blocks, or 2016 or whatever threshold that makes you feel safe.
At the very least, full nodes should halt receiving funds if they see sudden drop of difficulty or significant block time lag... But... That is also what SPV clients should do.
Literally all boils down to; heaviest chain is the only objective proxy for consensus and if that doesn't work you HAVE to manually intervene and make a judgement call.

I wanted to verify this for some time; you can use Bitcoin difficulty alone to have a bitcoin derivative that has comparable volatility to the 200 WMA of the BTC/USD price... Except you don't need an oracle for the BTC/USD historical price, nor do you create any demand for USD specifically... It is a pure measurement of the moving average of global demand of Bitcoin for the past year, and thus it works totally independently from any fiat information.
There is also some simulation about how would a salary contract denominated in this smoothed demand currency and renegotiated once a year work for both parties. Similarly there is a simulation for how would a merchant accepting this currency then buying inventory once a month in USD fair given the monthly volatility.
Bitcoin price will never be stable, but the 200wma is already stable enough, this is a way to create a "stable" derivative of BTC that doesn't refer to any authority other than Bitcoin itself and it's onchain data.
I hope you like it.
Note; Rootstock has access to bitcoin headers by consensus, and has the expressivity to build a lending protocol based on this. Hopefully someone would build it.

Every DAO should have an uncofiscatable domain, and people should fork Brave browser to add support for that. As shown in MNS it is not hard to encode smart contract IDs as human readable names, even if you don't use MNS, in the same way Ordinals work.

Every single day I wake and jews have killed children, children I know, or children I know people who know, but regardless, they keep killing children, every single day.

Again, this is all that matters, we already have the rock solid censorship resistance and long term security figured out on L1... Once you have that the ONLY thing that matters is the longevity and sustainability of the second layers, and there is nothing more sustainable and resilient than a Sidechains which can adjust to the market demand or wind down entirely but very slowly and safely that users don't even notice anything.
Can we stop making servers for money and build sidechains exclusively now? The UX is trash otherwise folks.

I still can't understand how is WBTC a better outcome for Bitcoin than Drivechains. It is almost the same result except that users trust a single company and miners don't get paid shit. How is that better?
Put another way; we know there is a significant demand for bridging BTC to other systems, least of all is LN, so why can't we enable miners to operate these bridges as an option? How is that a bad idea?

Hashrate escrow is safer than any unauditable impossible to formally prove code.
The most unfortunate lesson from ColdCard debacle is that Open Source brand will take a long while to recover, and for anything except adversarial situations, there will be no recovery at all, and the only survivors will be trust in specific teams, and possibly hopefully maybe probably not; the interoperability brand.

Killing the rabid dog before it bites your child doesn't make you rabid. It makes you a normal human. Equating rabid dogs with the people who kill them is not even a genuine bleeding heart liberalism, it is just dehumanising the victims and actually agreeing and supporting the rabid dogs.

One of the ways zios try to sustain zionism against all odds is playing this stupid game of "everyone is bad"... Whatever, I would rather survive and thrive without jewish supremacists crazy genocidal scum with the backing of an empire from the other side of the planet. And it will happen no matter how you feel about it.
If you think not wanting to wake up every single day knowig that a jew killed children today only because they are not jews, and that that jew wants to kill your children next, if you think not wanting that is evil, then may we all be evil.

I have seen solo Devs building impressive products for 10 years and refusing VC funding, and getting no adoption. I have also watched teams growing year on year and spending millions every year and getting no adoption.
No one knows how to get any adoption, you either get it or you don't. You should design your life so that this randomness doesn't dictate your wealth, health or happiness.

I was telling a friend lately that the main value proposition of decentralisation is not censorship resistance, but sustainability and uptime. If done correctly, decentralisation reduces the cost per node to a point where there is no market conditions that can stop the entire system. The trick is to keep that cost low, while scaling by adding more nodes (miners) without destroying the coherence of the system. Sharding is the only way to keep the cost low, but sharding without destroying cohesion and synchronicity remains challenging.
The fun part; our need for scale remains sooooo small, so there is no justification for not using sidechains as immature as they are.

This is heartbreaking... But a reminder to everyone who told people to do self custody because it is safer; you lied to people, it is only safer if you know what you are doing, and the people who know what they are doing are much fewer than what everyone thinks.
Let's end this bullshit and give people the tools to trust whoever they prefer to trust, because they can't verify, and evidently the entire industry can't verify.
At this point this is a clown show.

If we had trustless bridge to Rootstock we could use Vaults right now with all the infrastructure and code and audits etc. already done. But I bet people who use these vaults are going to be safer than self custody with compromised hardware wallet.
At least the Rootstock bridge hasn't been compromised so far.. let's hope they survive until a BitVM bridge ... And who knows maybe we end up having OPCAT one day.
