MDNI in bio "Minors do not initiate" are minors expected to

1. read your bio
2. spot this acronym
3. recognize it
4. obey it ? this isn't even a fig leaf, this is some kind of signal to other dangers to minors, a backwards way of say "psst hook me up with the good stuff, fellow pedos"

A 10-year-old girl is a transmigrator to ancient China A 16-year-old boy is an Imperial Prince who finds her strangely charming 100% of scandalized webnovel commentators: this FUCKING PEDOPHILE should wait ten years and then marry within the strict age rage of 25..27 years old, not that it's possible for a prince to experience anything but RAPE due to the POWER IMBALANCE

meanwhile the 10-year-old is a 30+ year old woman and taking no responsibility at all for seducing a boy half her age!

Lawyers:

1. if the facts are on your side, pound the facts
2. if the law is on your side, pound the law
3. if neither is on your side, pound the table

In international relations, everyone is always reducing every claim from every hostile party to misinformation and propaganda and dismissing it as such. But for it to be dismissable, it would have to be of case 3 - pound the table, and it's ludicrous to argue as if on every disagreement the other side is never right about ANYTHING. This

everything I don't like is Russian propaganda is deliberate and tactical stupidity, coming from professional lawyers who definitely understand the facts/law/table pounding hierarchy.

But also, I think it's pretty easy to see when people are pounding the table vs. pounding the facts or the law. This is what so rapidly set me against the western narrative on Ukraine. Even before I'd heard any arguments from the other side, I'd gotten tons of extremely obvious and extremely underhanded high-energy propaganda from the west.

In this and in many other areas in life, I'd be somewhat open to a frank assertion or frank request, but immediately become wary and distant as more effort is put into persuading me. If you're right, you don't need that kind of effort to get your point across.

This attitude has served me well but it fails in the case that people are right but lacking confidence. People can also be right while arguing completely ineptly. And as a kid, when I was sick I would always play up being sick, because I was always worried that my sickness would be doubted.

But for western propaganda, I think the terrible nature of it comes not from a lack of confidence but from an abundance of contempt: of course these psychos, who believe that white people are a dangerous racist mob, would switch from trying to restrain that racism (patting themselves on the back all the way for narrowly averting all the lynchings that would happen) to encouraging extremism in the direction of an enemy once an enemy appears. The cry was: hey all you knuckle-draggigng patriotard rubes, the stupid subhuman orcs are here and they're going to human-wave all over you with their crude stolen-washing-machine weaponry!

Unironically like 5 years ago i was showing my parents something on my laptop, and they saw i had a "latex" folder in my documents. and I was trying to explain to them that it was a typesetting software and not porn. I don't think they believed me

David Pakman was mentioned a few times as if he were one of the slightly reasonable delusional leftists, but calls his political opponents "MAGAts" (maggots) and describes them as an insane and dangerous cult.

self-described Marxists have been making lots of sense lately. This is neither due to a change in me, nor to a change in the Marxists. Rather, it's due to a change in global conditions: things have gotten so dumb, been run so much into the ground, that even Marxists can punch down all the time at people wronger than Marxists, with correct points.

It's like fat people posting 'fat people hate' stories. Yes, the 600lb fatty is very delusional.

drink alkaline stuff to raise your blood PH to get more oxygen to your brain drink less acidic stuff, it does the opposite Q: what's the mechanism here? A (clueless): idk but this study has numbers. Liquids go to your small intestine and then quickly into your blood. A (CO2-pilled): your body regulates blood acidity by controlling its CO2 content by driving your respiration. High CO2 prompts exhalation of CO2. Since moderns hyperventilate as a rule and have deficient CO2 tolerance, and since CO2 has many beneficial functions in the body (muscle relaxation, vein dilation, and OXYGENATION of cells), getting more CO2 into moderns' blood is helpful as a rule. A (CO2-pilled): Acid+alkaline drinks affect blood acidity independently of CO2, but your body regulates blood acidity by regulating CO2, so alkaline drinks effectively increase your CO2 tolerance, and acidic drinks do the opposite.

Q: how long would the effect last? Isn't the acidity of your blood very tightly regulated anyway? What's the harm in an acidic drink if you piss it out an hour later? A (clueless): idk but I dropped drinking fizzy drinks and felt better. It's forbidden lore. Nobody knows why. A (CO2-pilled): because the acidic drink lowers your CO2 tolerance, it increases your respiration to keep you from retaining as much CO2. The immediate effect would indeed go away, but your respiration is variable and subject to training. i.e., you get into the habit of hyperventilating slightly, which persists after the drink, which causes your body to get used to the new lower CO2 norm, which keeps you hyperventilating to maintain that new lower norm. A (CO2-pilled): then you get cancer because your cells give up on getting energy from oxygen, because you're deficient in the CO2 needed for that process. Then you die. A (CO2-pilled): also you can't fly or see auras anymore.

Q: ...fly? auras? A (clueless): I don't know this schizo. Just stop drinking soda OK?

The worst part of youtube videos,

the ads? what ads? you see ads? is your computer hacked? You should get that checked out the sponsors? rare and not that hateful she was unalived after being used as an underaged breeding forced worker eye-rolling but not even 1/10ths the full body distress of a gender-ideological 'they' like and subscribe (with wit or apology or straight) meh playing long Taash clips from Dragon Age: Whatever that I've already seen not a fan of that playing long clips of p*liticians I skip these reliably why does sponsorblock exist but not nancyblock? the part of every negative review where the reviewer says "if you like this putrid pile of feces, good on you. I'm glad you like it. Don't let anyone tell you not to like it. I would never eat shit myself, I prefer human food, but I am 200% respectful of shit-eaters. We will never return to the dark days of disrespect towards enjoyers of bad games." STOP FUCKING SAYING THIS WHO ARE YOU EVEN SPEAKING TO?

football star husband prom queen wife kids white broken marriage, painful divorce proceedings, police complaints, attempted murder, another woman BEEP white?

The ceiling bird is an audible sign of spiritual and cultural decline, like rolls of fat are a visible sign.

two youtubers talk about the benefits of time-restricted eating they're both fat hmm.

I think OMAD and similar are good training wheels for controlling your eating if it's been out of control and you've gotten quite fat. Larger meals satiate and fewer meals result in a hard cutoff that is easy to follow - and only surprisingly easy because people never try to fast and don't know how easy fasting is in general.

But after 2-3 years of eating an entire day's worth of calories in 3-5 hours, I don't think I need the training wheels anymore and would rather have 2-3 reasonable meals. When "satiate yourself so you don't keep wanting to eat" is less urgent, it becomes more reasonable to want

easier digestion better digestion = less nutrition is wasted lower insulin spikes, eating is less of a burden on the body (AKA easier digestion) I also have vague suspicions that exercise works better with more meals, and that part of the reason I've lost a bit of muscle is from doing high-HR aerobics without some recent carbs to fuel that.

huh, Steam didn't tell me about the Stalker 2 release at all. It's still pushing Buckshot Roulette and Slay the Princess. Is this not a big enough release to mention when I have all the other games? Is there some sneaky politics going on?

part of me doesn't this kind of excellent trolling, because it contributes to trans people's already immense feeling of persecution and alertness to insult, which is a good 40% of why I find trans people so unpleasant to be around: completely innocent remarks are relentlessly interpreted as attacks.

but the rest of me just read a really good book with too many 'singular they' pronouns in it, and that's 60% of the unpleasantness. hiregays.jpeg

me: are there any special techniques to suppressing coughs? schizo: try coughing through your nose. It'll feel weird at first but it works better. me: I see, I see. schizo: when you get good at coughing with your mouth closed, you can try coughing with both your mouth and nose closed. me: ...

two weeks ago I would've said: this is 100% some dangerous retarded advice that if followed would blow out my eardrums. but now that the schizo has fully infected me, my conclusion is: this is 100% some retarded dangerous advice unless I do it with tons of precise caveats that makes it somewhat OK, and those just haven't been provided. Yeah it's some kind of 'special' cough, that doesn't involve my diaphragm shooting air up my through.

Moe chuckled. "I changed from stationary meditation to moving meditation some years ago. A little more tiring, and it's harder to keep focused at times, but at least I don't have a hard time standing up after an afternoon on the ground." Crystal nodded. "Fewer hemorrhoids too." Crystal stopped nodding.

Frustrating things

getting misunderstood because the other party pattern-matched your actions or speech, rather than actually think about the matter listening to two strangers gush in public about how good something is, when you think it sucks (python) hearing a smart person attribute some phenomena to an evil convenient explanation, rather than the explanation

Example of the last: “see, knowledge and education can’t be repossessed, which is why educational loans can’t be escaped through bankruptcy.” … You can’t repossess new cars either, because the cars are no longer new. This rationale is also entirely concerned with the benefit of the lender, but lending is an investment and investments can simply fail, a responsibility that falls on the lender.

The real actual reason is the loans are easier to get and financialize when the government guarantees the loan, which results in more college attendance and more debt, which results in more brainwashed Democratic voters with useless degrees and useless resentment against ‘capitalism’ for having nothing to do with this scam.

On the other side of fediverse, they have trigger warnings for posts about eating non-vegan food.

right-wing copium addict: Trump is God's instrument and will save America right-wing doom addict: Trump's destiny is to to show that the system cannot be reformed without blood left wing NPC (despairing): Trump is Hitler. America is lost. left wing NPC (mindbroken): isn't Trump kind of sexy?

As you can see, all of them worship Trump. It's kinda gross.

Is anyone relieved right now that Harris is in the Whitehouse during this troubling time? Maybe everything will get solved before Jan 20th and Trump will coast again on the good work of a previous Democratic administration.

Jussie Smollett's conviction getting overturned makes sense. But without Kim Foxx getting to convicted for

1. trying to prosecute the case in a way that would get Jussie off in the first place
2. then, after exposing herself and recusing herself from the case, and after confirming the law, ignoring it and appointing a prosecutor who would do #1 for her

There was a doubly jeopardy here only because the first prosecutor was relentlessly corrupt.

I am once again coming to you (the terminal) to write a Perl oneliner to confirm which I want out of

eggs are amazing. 3 eggs + oil + sugar + salt = yum 3 eggs + oil + cinnamon + salt = yum 3 eggs + (oops forgot to add anything) = yum 3 eggs + tumeric + montreal chicken seasoning = yum 3 eggs + the green powder with tiny seeds that made me cough for 2 hours last night so I won't drink it anymore = yum

Eggs are better than a universal solvent because a universal solvent would melt the pan.

OUT OF NOWHERE Vox Day has the dumbest imaginable take:

Russia hit Ukraine with an ICBM containing multiple conventional warheads in response to the long-range strikes by the USA and the UK on its territory. The message is clear: next time, these might not be conventional warheads and they might not be hitting Ukraine. However, the willingness of the Clown World leaders to risk nuclear war does tend to suggest that Big Bear and the other nuclear skeptics might be correct. What if they’re not crazy, they’re simply willing to blow the cover off the official story and allow the world to discover the nonexistence of nuclear weapons? That’s what Occam’s Razor would suggest, anyhow.

react video to "The Button" how shallow! she pushed the button for such a reason! every one of these justifications is self-serving. "I rejected her for asking if I was a skater." No, you didn't like the look of her. But you don't want to say that. So you pretend that an interested question was a great offense, when you would been delighted to answer in detail if an attractive woman had asked.

It's quite funny to get see this when so many observers are taking the obviously fake reasons seriously.

F: what do you do for a living? M: I'm a bus-driver F: pushes button F: I just wasn't feeling the spark. The conversation wasn't flowing. she had contempt for a bus-driver, that's it.

7 times out of 10 I'll refer say "I'm going to do jumping jacks" and then immediately correct myself: "I'm going to do jump rope"

My conclusion is that "jump rope" is a dumb name for this activity. How about "personal shield drills"? Anything but a hash collision with an actually fun name for a very similar exercise.
