I haven't been feeling well lately; my existential worries have grown into a daunting monster that causes me to question everything. That's why my friends gave me a gift: a wellness treatment at a head spa. Incredible, highly recommended.

I took the dog for a long walk in the park then, where I struck up a conversation with a woman. We discovered that we shared many similar fears and perspectives. In the end, we encouraged each other; she shared a very insightful thought: the things you've wanted to do for a long time but keep putting off for various and good reasons (like, in my case, leaving Germany) eventually become a burden because there's never a perfect time for change. Sometimes, the only way is to flee forward and to trust yourself. Now that I have a clearer mind and clean scalp :) it's time to focus on the important things, and say goodbye to a security that simply does not exist anymore.
