More steak and more gainz. Feeling achy this morning but went to gym anyways. Now I just feel pain all over. I am in good spirits though. Already seeing progress which is a good sign imo. Just hit the gym for a 45 minute workout for the first time in few months. It’s my cringe New Year’s resolution to gain 10 lbs of muscle mass this year. Now just to eat 3000 calories and lots of protein 🍽️

Thank you God for 2023. It’s been a weird one. From promotions, and seeking new roles, then being let go to then have to look again. Learning the benefits of sun exposure and carnivore diet for health. Moving to a country in another continent. Exploring more of the world. Being a keyboard warrior on nostr lol. Feeling much closer to God with my faith strengthening. It’s been fun. Learned lots about myself and learning to enjoy young adulthood.

Hopefully 2024 will be even weirder.

Some 2024 predictions:

-Federal Reserve will start to lower interest rates in Q1. -Unemployment rate starts to spike due to AI advances and automation of more lower skilled jobs. -UBI becomes normalised and a trendy discussion topic in 2024 as a result. -BTC spot ETF launching is a sell the news event. -BTC doesn’t make new all time highs this halving cycle. -Jeffrey Epstein names list still is not revealed to the public. -Julian Assange remains in jail. -More Bitcoiners see the appeal of Monero as their favourite influencers start to shill KYC custodians and federations as the solutions to the high fee environment. Yes, L1 fees are going to $50+ at some point making lightning network unusable. -CTV and other soft forks will not be activated in 2024 because some crazy btc core devs will say something trivial like fear of unintended consequences. -Ocean Mining pools will end up mining every txid as their investors learn the hard lesson of its “go woke, go broke” policy. -Argentina doesn’t make bitcoin legal tender in 2024. -Bitcoin Culture becomes even more extreme and divided especially on Twitter.

2024 will be a great year for sovereign individuals. Freedom, sovereignty and privacy will win as more nation states lose their influence/control over its citizens.

P.s. Oh yeah I forgot to say, there may might be a CyberPandemic this year. Theres me a lot of preemptive programming in recent Hollywood movies and simulation events led by WEF like Cyber Polygon in 2022 (cyberpolygon.com).

Who actually uses Microstrategy’s products?

Seems crazy to me that a company that nobody I know uses makes so much in revenue.

I just want to say the Canadian government censoring news is completely over exaggerated. The pages I have seen censored seem to be on Meta platforms like instagram and Facebook.

On nostr and x I can see all the news in my area and follow El Salvador government content.

Also you can just use a VPN to by pass it.

Point of the story is yes Canadian government has gone full totalitarian but they are doing a terrible job at trying censor the news on the other side of the spectrum and globally.

I expect much high quality surveillance and digital censorship from government that steal 50% of my income. 😂
