Trust Model We monitor the node directly via gRPC stream. We trigger on invoice_settled, keeping latency under 2 seconds. No waiting for on-chain confirmations. 2. Reliability We utilize a "pass-through" architecture. Our responsibility is the successful settlement of the Lightning payment; the MQTT publish is the immediate trigger. Device-side connection management remains the hardware operator's domain. 3. Custody We operate the routing node for a plug-and-play experience. Payments are received, and we execute an immediate forward to the merchant’s address. 4. Fees 1% per transaction, with a 1 sat minimum floor. The system is decoupled and ready for testing—MQTT Explorer is the best way to verify the flow without needing physical hardware.
