Jared | PROOF of HEART

I thought freedom meant I’d finally be able to relax.

When it started to arrive, I didn’t relax. I just found new things to manage and new reasons to stay in that same, hyper vigilant state. The one where you tell yourself you’re on top of things, but really, you’re constantly scanning for threats that aren’t there.

I’m working my way out.

Been quiet for a few months. Building.

The book is close. The process is working. More coming.

If you’re a Bitcoiner who has done the financial work and is asking what comes next, you’re in the right place.

Your woman brings heat. You feel tension. Then you try to shut her down.

But that exact moment is the doorway to intimacy.

Hold the charge in your body without escaping and watch what happens next.

Men miss the moment because they can’t handle themselves.

Learn to stay. That’s where the fire is.

I’ve built careers, hit major goals, and stacked hard as a mofo.

But none of that helped me when pressure hit my marriage or when I felt a real lack of purpose and drive.

My instinct used to be to push harder, think more, strategize my way out.

But the pressure didn’t respond to my logic.

Not in this phase of life. Instead, It exposed the parts of me that collapsed when things get real.

What changed things for me wasn’t more discipline or more grinding.

It was learning how to stay in the moment I wanted to escape.

That one shift gave me more clarity than any new achievement ever did.

Bitcoin taught me about financial sovereignty.

But Brandon and Proof of Heart are showing me the power of personal sovereignty.

I spent years thinking that once I stacked enough, I’d finally feel solid.

But in reality, I could watch Bitcoin drop like a rock without flinching… But I’d get so fuggin soft the second tension showed up in my own house.

It took me a long time to see that my reactions wouldn’t ever change with money.

They were about the patterns I never dealt with, the pressure I avoided, and the moments where I’d shut down instead of staying present.

Bitcoin gave me financial sovereignty. Learning how to stay grounded in real-life tension is where I’m earning internal sovereignty. It’s a different skill set.

And it’s the part that actually impacts how free you feel in this life.

Stack all the sats you want. Bitcoin won’t fix the bedroom shyt you’ve been avoiding.

What’s the point of $200K BTC if you ain't having wild sex every new ATH?

Take your woman through the 7-layer-dip and hold the tension the whole way...do that and she'll give you that monkey sex we crave.

You’re not trapped by your job, your company, or your boss. You’re trapped by the emotions you’ve been outrunning for decades.

This video hits the exact moment a man realizes the cage wasn’t his company… It was his own unprocessed story. The tension he was unwilling to sit with.

Your freedom lives on the other side of the tension you avoid.

True sovereignty starts within.

We can stack our way to financial valhalla and still be ruled.

Because the thing we are the most a slave to is NOT the fiat system, but our old programming

Financial sovereignty doesn’t matter if we fold under conflict and discomfort.

Most of us Bitcoiners, if we're honest, still react automatically: irritation, shutdown, escape, overthinking, porn, work addiction, whatever your pattern is.

That isn’t sovereignty. That’s conditioning running your life.

Proof of Heart teaches men of Bitcoin to sit in the heat of that moment without getting hijacked by it. Because on the other side of that tension...deep clarity is always waiting.

We've done this work with OGs who already hit their number and realized it didn’t fix the internal battle.

If us Bitcoiners want to build a world that matches the protocol, we need inner sovereignty, not just cold storage.

Most men either suppress their emotions or get consumed by them.

There’s a third way...use them.

Turn stress and pressure into power, overwhelm into clarity.

You do this by living in that space between stimulus and response. Some men dabble there. Few live there. At Proof of Heart, we call that space "The Sauce"

"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
--Viktor Frankl

Direct from Brandon's Coaching Sessions:

One of my clients snapped at his wife every time she brought up money.

He thought he was upset she didn't trust him , but it wasn’t really about that.

It was about his fear.

He tied his worth to his net worth, and when Bitcoin didn’t perform quite like he had expected, he felt like he was failing his family as a provider and protector.

We sat in that fear, the fear of failing to provide, instead of bypassing it.

Because there's deep wisdom on those feelings, if you give them space to be heard.

The fear quickly turned into clarity. He saw that his family needed his presence most of all, and was able to pinpoint exactly where in his day he could be 100% on with his kids and wife.

Having that new focus helps him let go of expectations around price. And of course, the connection gained with his family is worth more than any market move.

This is how real sovereignty is achieved. It's the discipline of living between stimulus and response, where emotion becomes wisdom and reaction turns into power.

Sovereignty Starts Within.

You can’t save everyone and save yourself.

The strongest among us spend our lives trying to do both. Is that you? 👀

But they always hit the wall.

Over-giving looks noble, but slowly breeds resentment and exhaustion.

It feels like leadership, until you realize it’s how you’ve been avoiding yourself.

Brandon has a client who's been the giver her whole life. Always protecting and rescuing others, never receiving.

Now she’s learning the hardest truth:

Real self-love feels soo selfish at first.

But stay with it...because one day you’ll give again, and it’ll come from overflow, not emptiness.

That kind of giving is more powerful than any amount of money you could ever give.

Any over-givers out there starting to realize it’s your turn to fill up first?

Every man who stands for something real goes through the same three stages:

JOKE. THREAT. TEACHER.

It’s not just Bitcoin’s path. It’s the path of every man who refuses to live small.

When you choose truth over comfort, they mock you. That’s the test of conviction.

When you won’t back down, they feel threatened. That’s the test of courage.

When you stay rooted and keep creating, you become the teacher. That’s mastery.

So if you’re being doubted, dismissed, or misunderstood right now…good.

You’re right where every real man begins.

You know how Bitcoin gives you financial sovereignty....control over your money, your time, your future?

That’s big. But that’s just one layer of it.

Real sovereignty is internal.

It’s what Viktor Frankl was pointing to when he said:

“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

That space...the ability to stay in control of yourself when everything in you wants to react...is true sovereignty.

Because if you can’t master yourself, then your wealth, your Bitcoin… just ends up owning you...

Which will prevent you from finding the thing you really wanted all along...peace, purpose, direction.

That’s what Proof of Heart is about...helping men build that internal kind of freedom.

⸻

If you can’t stay in command of yourself, your wealth is just a bigger cage.

Real sovereignty is the ability to stay in command of yourself when life, business, or emotion pulls you off balance.

If you can’t master that, it doesn’t matter how much Bitcoin you hold, you’re still owned by your reactions.

Real sovereignty is control of your state.

You don’t fix a bad morning by outrunning it. You fix it by facing it.

Brandon shares how he resets fast with his five A's, his process for quick state shifting.

It's about moving from chaos and reaction back to calm and clear.

Here’s how he usually breaks them down: 1. Awareness – Notice what’s actually happening inside. Name it without judgment. 2. Acceptance – Stop fighting it. Own what’s there. 3. Allowance – Give yourself permission to feel it fully instead of controlling or fixing it. 4. Alignment – Ask, “What’s true right now? What matters most?” to ground yourself. 5. Action – Move from that grounded state. Take the next, clear step that comes to mind. Something always emerges.

Living that bold, free life you've had your sights set on starts with manifestation, not price.

Have the vision and feel the conviction first, just like you did stacking sats before the world caught on.

See it with your mind’s eye. That’s how reality bends.

No one brings the laws of manifestation down to earth quite like Brandon Hawk.

A client spent his whole life being “responsible.”

For his company. His family. Everyone.

Turns out, responsibility was just how he hid.

And his next level required him to let go and get a little irresponsible.

Proof that "What got you here won't get you there"

Anger Turned Inward is Depression Anger Tapped into is Raw Power

Anger and rage get such a bad rap.

But you can't experience real freedom, real sovereignty, without it.

As men, we’re taught to manage it, control it, suppress it. But anger is a man’s life force.

I’m learning from my mentor Brandon how to harness my rage. And use it to win in life. Not just in the hard stuff, but in the soft stuff too, like intimacy with my wife.

Brandon says it best...

The highest yield investment?

Internal sovereignty. No counterparty risk, infinite upside.

Leads to peace, fulfillment, purpose, no matter the Bitcoin price.

"The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek"

• Joseph Campbell

For 15 years I did all the right things...Tony Robbins, Wim Hof, meditation, stoicism, journaling...all of it.

And yet, I still hit rock bottom.

But a year ago, I got challenged to go to that place most men spend their whole lives avoiding: the cave.

It has changed everything, and above all, it has showed me that inner sovereignty is worth more than any stack.

And that financial sovereignty can not bring you true freedom and deep purpose.

You have to do that on your own.

My mentor Brandon shoved me (lovingly) into that cave. I've since left my corporate career and partnered with Brandon to build something for Bitcoiners that set men free from the inside out.

Proof of Heart.

Some days I still catch myself reaching for noise... Twitter. NOSTR. Podcasts. Anything to avoid sitting with what I’m really feeling.

Frustrated. Overwhelmed. Still somehow unfulfilled with BTC at $115K

It’s not really a discipline problem. It’s just hard to sit with yourself when there’s nothing to distract you. Still working on that.

When you’re fully equipped for landmines but not for “We need to talk.”

Bitcoin was never just about money. It was a rebellion: we’re done trusting broken systems.

We left fiat finance. But we brought fiat habits with us.

We still outsource our worth. Still perform for approval. Still grind for peace, numb out at night, and wonder why nothing feels better.

We stacked the money. But didn’t secure the foundation that underpins a good life that truly feels free.

That’s the real risk.

We’re building generational wealth on top of emotional chaos, fragile marriages, and stress we rarely talk about.

We can’t be sovereign if we’re still stuck in patterns that own us.

There’s a better way. Not therapy. Not self-help.

Just men doing the work we’ve avoided for years. telling the truth, feeling what’s real, getting free on the inside.

That’s Proof of Heart. No middlemen. No permission. No pretending.

We don’t just secure the sats. We secure the men holding them.

(Stay close.)

When someone asks you how you're doing but you're low-key falling apart inside, so your brain pivots to Bitcoin to suppress that shit, and suddenly you're launching into 20-minute rant about fiat collapse, central banking history, and why 1913 was the beginning of the end.

All to avoid feeling the feelings.

Stacking sats feels good. But nothing humbles me like my kids.

They don’t care about NGU. They just want me present. Wrestling. Dancing. Tossing them on the couch.

Often, I am the most distracted on the biggest NGU days. How ironic. Guess I'm still learning how this freedom thing works.

There’s a hard relationship truth I’ve been avoiding.

No matter how supportive or beautiful my wife is, she can’t make me feel powerful.

That’s my job.

For years I’ve tried to outsource that feeling…asking her to reflect back something I hadn’t owned in myself. And when she didn’t, I blamed her.

That’s dependence.

Now I’m learning to generate that power internally, so I don’t need to pull it from her.

And creating some sexual polarity in the process.

Have you ever been lying in bed next to your wife and still felt alone?

I have. More times than I’d like to admit.

We’d be side by side, but I’d feel disconnected. Like something was missing. For a long time, I blamed her. I told myself she wasn’t playful enough, or sexy enough.

But the truth is, it wasn’t really about her.

I was the one who had checked out. I had disconnected from myself, ignored what I was really feeling, and built up a pattern of looking outside for something to fix the way I felt inside.

Instead of facing that, I numbed out. With endless Twitter scrolling. With bitcoin podcasts. With overthinking. With porn. It was easier than sitting with the discomfort.

But something started to shift when I stopped blaming her and started getting honest with myself. That feeling of aloneness had been there long before we met. And unless I dealt with it, it didn’t matter who I was with...it would keep showing up.

Lately I’ve been learning to stay with the feeling instead of escaping it. I’ve been practicing presence. Letting myself feel the frustration and powerlessness without rushing to change it or bury it.

It’s not some dramatic breakthrough. It’s just me doing the work. One moment at a time. And what I’m noticing is that when I do, I start to open up again...to myself and to her.

That’s what this work is about for me. Not fixing the relationship. Just becoming the kind of man who doesn’t run from his own heart.

If you don’t look inside, you’ll self-sabotage your dreams and stay living small while calling it “God’s plan.”

Carl Jung said it another way: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

Most men were never taught to examine their programming. They just inherited guilt, stress and pressure from their dads and called it character.

But as Brandon says: If you don’t deal with the pain, you’ll build your entire life around avoiding it.

And then pretend that’s what God wanted for you.

Instead, Sit down, get still, and ask your heart what’s actually running the show.

The answer might scare you, but it’ll also set you free.
