Notes On Malaysia and The Network State

https://theiqrafiles.com/notes-on-malaysia-and-the-network-state/

Balaji represents the quintessential enemy - a parasitic leech who has built his trade not on the expansion of genuine infrastructure or extrastatecraft mastery but hyperfinacial vaporwave and LinkedIn vibes. The Network State in principle has much that one can discern and learn from but in reality and practically it is a front for American Imperial machination akin to the establishment of American Universities across the MENA region in the 20th century. A metastatic cancer that seeks to lobotomize and brainwash entire cultures and civilizations, helping to abort emerging indigenous forms of cosmotechnic modernities.

In light of the recent Malaysian debacle, there is now an opportunity to drive out Network State and to thoroughly terrorize and incite fear amongst such adherents so they think twice before stepping into any Old Islamicate nation. We are in a state of total and unending hyperwar, everything is Harb and everything is a fight till death. As such Balaji is a combatant, a genuine participant in the Interregnum. He does not qualify as guest and has no right to hospitality.

The recent incursion of the Network State to one of the more prosperous islands in Malaysia should not be used as a lightning rod for Luddite, reactionary radicalism. Rather, it should be an opportunity for new collectives of Islamic Futurism like SAIF to take the fight directly to the Network State. To reclaim, in the process, an indigenous form of cosmotechnic modernity that will gladly tackle the questions of technology that the Network State seeks to negotiate, but on its own sovereign terms.

The adherents of the Network State will seek to make this a fight between technology and tradition, between modernity and antiquity, between progress and a new atheist caricature of religion. This should be dismissed, and the leading opponents of the network state should be Muslim technologists who understand and are comfortable with the question of technology but reject the often American and Zionist imperial undertones of the answer that collectives such as the Network State have to offer. The fundamental question regarding the Network State controversy is none of these issues. It's far simpler and far deeper and far more primal. It is: who is sovereign when it comes to negotiating the question of technology? Who is in charge? Who calls the shots? Who makes the decisions? Muslim responses should not recycle or regurgitate broken and tired cliches from has-been perennialists or reactionary Dawah Inc types about "the excesses of technology/modernity" as they have no understanding of the contours and constructs of a world that is in a state of constant hyperwar over extrastatecraft boundaries.

Malaysia has much to offer. It is a latent reservoir with bounding and enormous amounts of potential that far eclipse the heartlands of the Old Islamicate in the MENA region, all the way to the subcontinent. In many respects, because of its geographical proximity to China, and in its own indigenous ethnic makeup there is opportunity, possibility, potential for genuine Islamocosmictechnic modernity that is comfortable in negotiating hyperwar and navigating its way through the Interregnum.

To banish Balaji and his acolytes, all and every weapon on the table must be utilized. In this respect, Muslim technologists and collectives can deploy and use the mass street power of reactionaries to drive away the Network State from getting a foothold. This would create an environment of constant tension, strife, and uncertainty that would make many think twice before relocating and shifting their lives halfway across the world.

In this respect, one also has to be careful, because this could potentially boomerang around and end up becoming a pyrrhic victory that undermines the constructions of a genuine New Islamicate technological sovereignty. This is because reactionaries and populists will fan suspicion of technology in general, rather than the actors and the histories associated with the Network State, particularly their relationship to American imperial power and Zionism.

The answer then is simple: eternal jihad against the Network State - it should not be tolerated, should not be engaged with. It is not a good-faith actor. It openly seeks to decimate and destroy the burgeoning sovereignties of emerging potential powers in the Global South. It also seeks to parasitically capitalize on the emergence of the technological scene by recruiting local talent (much in the way that American universities in the MENA region did) to its own nefarious Palantir-esque global designs. It seeks to subject new potential elites in the future to constant cogwar, to the point that they become unwitting proponents of Global American Empire.

I offer the following pointers:

to raid the archives of the Network State to take what sounds eminently sensible from within their ranks and acolytes to seek to steal, pirate, and take whatever one feels points towards wisdom and discernment to completely and utterly burn down the embodied institutional form of Balaji's design and to seek its annihilation and extinction from Muslim lands using whatever lawful means are appropriate and this will be up to local actors and not something for those outside the theatre to dictate This is only the beginning of the Interregnum. I was once optimistic that at the end of the Interregnum there would be a new formal stable order. Perhaps though in our lifetimes we will only know strife. We will only be passengers in an era of total FitnaPunk, hyperwar, cogwar and other machinations all around us that seek to impose a total form of GAE sovereignty for all that we hold close and dear to our hearts.

Notes On Epstein's Emails

With the seemingly momentous dumping of what appears to be millions of emails from the infamous Epstein saga by the Department of Justice, we are witnessing a form of large-scale epistemic and cognitive warfare conducted by intel agencies. The sheer volume and unadulterated nature of the release leaves little opportunity to sift, contextualize, or construct any coherent narrative around the material. The zone has been flooded by acid epistemology - corroding any meaningful engagement and robbing the moment of any sense of political course correction.

This stands in sharp contrast to the judicious labor and meticulous archiving of the WikiLeaks saga, which emerged from a disciplined team operating with a clear political and philosophical rationale for the release of dark Amreeki secrets. WikiLeaks represented a deliberate construction of how American power and its imperial vassals operated across diplomatic and intelligence layers. The Epstein emails, by contrast, resemble raw salacious gossip dumped en masse onto an already cograyped population, one no longer capable of reliably distinguishing truth from falsehood under algorithmic ubersaturation and other nefarious cogwarfare machinations.

Indeed, the Epstein leaks function as a Rorschach test. Each faction in the contemporary media market circus extracts only what it wishes to see and projects whatever serves its priors, filtered through a half-baked, podcast peasant understanding of how power actually operates. No unifying narrative exists. Everything is polemical. Everything is tribal. Everything arrives prepackaged within prefabricated storylines designed to serve patronage networks operating behind the curtain. ling phenomenon emerges. Despite the documented acts of depravity and barbarity, there will be no criminal prosecutions. No court cases will follow. Little political change will occur within these so-called democracies, now better described as necropolises of simulated propaganda and parasocial noise. The release of the emails will effect negligible real-world change.

This pattern extends across the post-9/11 era. Once in a generation policy catastrophes in Afghanistan and Iraq produced minimal political consequence. The financial crash of 2008 generated little durable reform. The publication of WikiLeaks yielded scant social or political reconfiguration. The implication is consistent and grim. Once a population is fully sedated by an industrial complex of edutainment and reality-television politics, steeped in acid epistemology, the capacity for correction collapses. Decline, decay, and rot are no longer contingent outcomes but systemically baked in.

Information itself has been commoditized into a product, a lifestyle, a subscription something effervescent, incapable of producing deep, durable cultural reform. Information now resembles buying a new contracted Iphone or moving your music streaming from Spotify to Deezer.

The mantra that journalism safeguards democratic regimes now reads, like so much else, as a complete lie designed to sedate the masses. Since the War on Terror, the American-led global empire has operated as a kind of hyper dysfunctional Soviet clone: oligarchic power, billions if not more "misplaced" in defence spending with a clattering succession of failed Pentagon audits, hyper-financialism, and Big Tech all of which sit beyond reproach immune to populist outrage, public unrest. The system domesticates dissent into the podcast economy, the influencer/attention economy, the creator economy - all economies of fake ghey pageantry. People rent out information and political opinions for revenue, often in ways that flatter elite interests. Information rarely becomes a lever for structural change.

A sharper example sits inside Padishah's regime. MAGA has been exposed as an oligarchic vehicle for Big Tech biometric surveillance, visible in the aggressive growth of paramilitary organizations deploying panopticon technologies to hold whole populations hostage.

What more can be said of the Epstein emails, and what more can be inferred about our present condition? Despite the sheer availability and ease of access to the material, we are already seeing mass-produced LLM-generated replicas, summaries, and distortions of the emails copies that accelerate their conversion into satire and irony. This process strips the leaks of any remaining moral force. The biomass gravitates toward irony and shitposting rather than confronting the weight of what the documents imply: that systemic depravity and entrenched sin sit at the core of the empire itself.

Satire functions here as anesthesia on behalf of depraved elites. Irony becomes a shield as it proves easier to metabolize the revelation of moral rot by flattening it into LLM-generated copypasta, by laundering horror through humor, by hiding behind the posture of detachment. In this form, information never hardens into judgment and judgment never matures into action. Sin becomes tolerable once rendered ironic.

And can one even blame the biomass? After successive, catastrophic failures to produce real change despite the empire’s open hypocrisy and brittle foundations since the 2008 crash, despite the horrors and fiascos of the War on Terror, despite the subsequent buildout of an American surveillance state run through contractor ecosystems and platform oligarchs such as Elon Musk and Peter Thiel - irony starts to look less like decadence and more like the last refuge of resigned and extinguished souls. Anonymous posting into the abyss becomes a kind of consolation prize: maybe dissent survives somewhere as a joke, archived for humorous posterity.

Democratic regimes have mutated into something more dysfunctional than the Soviet Union ever managed. Citizens receive a mirage of choice and freedom; the system delivers stasis. Nothing changes. Nothing happens. The same party logic has governed for a quarter-century, perhaps longer, with the same dogmas embedded in the ruling class whether they dress up in populist costume or in sober technocratic internationalism - the style best exemplified by the Obama era.

There will be no riots. No revolutions. No guillotines. Elites will not be thrown from buildings. Government halls will not burn. Flags will remain in place. Power will not be reclaimed. None of this was ever plausible. None of it was ever available as a path.

Algorithmic panoptic systems now sustain regimes of pre-crime surveillance and hyper-financial manipulation that foreclose any organic restoration of civic order or moral renewal. Everything has become a subscription. Everything has become spectacle. Everyone occupies the role of voyeur, suspended in anticipation, waiting for a turn that never arrives.

Each passing crisis further entrenches Jean Baudrillard’s diagnosis of politics as simulation. We now inhabit the simulacra of populism. Public outrage circulates as rhetoric while policy remains untouched, because most of the population lacks even the conceptual tools required to interrogate the deeper layers and substrates of power. Reality itself has become Baudrillardian in structure.

We can now register another working hypothesis, articulated with particular clarity in Tiqqun’s Cybernetic Hypothesis, that contemporary power no longer needs ideology, legitimacy, or even consistent competence to reproduce itself, because it governs through regulation, feedback, prediction, and continuous modulation of behaviour, and in that regime the Machine God names the horizon in which rule migrates from persons and parties into an integrated apparatus of measurement, incentives, risk-scoring, attention control, and automatic correction, so that what older political grammars treated as moral failure - depravity, corruption, stupidity, cruelty no longer appears as a contradiction within the system but as a set of inputs that the system can metabolise, route, and redeploy to preserve continuity.

In that light, the central takeaway from the emails is less the revelation of particular sins than the demonstration of an operational fusion, in which depravity supplies leverage, blackmail, and spectacle, incompetence supplies plausible deniability and bureaucratic fog, and corruption supplies the liquidity and contractual plumbing that keeps the whole machine running, with each element reinforcing the others inside a cybernetic loop that treats outrage as noise, treats scandal as content, treats exposure as another data-stream to be managed, and treats political consequence as a variable to be dampened, which means that the moral register remains trapped at the level of disgust while the system quietly compiles the event into its own self-knowledge, updates its thresholds, and continues.

In this frame, the Epstein emails effectively never happened. That verdict will harden in retrospect. Within a year, the media circus will have migrated to the next manufactured catastrophe, the previous one quietly discarded, its moral charge neutralized. The system will continue its recursive self-reorganization under the Cybernetic Hypothesis, optimizing control and feedback while awaiting the arrival of the Machine God.

Financial nihilism is accepting that humans can no longer enrich themselves through physical labour or meritocratic efforts but must rely on the happenstance of capturing mimetic virality by fluking algorithmic literacy - you barter for meatspace survival by arbitrage in cyber. Data ownership is key to Web3 being a viable successor to Web2 in any meaningful fashion beyond the sloptrain of Balaji and co. Data must be held by the individual, and sold and exchanged in thousands of markets online. At the moment most platforms can steal and lock you out. Splinternets and national ecosystems backed by stablecoins and CBDCs are in effect feudalizing the data economy and weaponizing the attention one (distinct but interlinked economies). What would these economies of data and attention look like in the New Islamicate? What is coming out of Turkey and its satellites as they financially implode and effectively enter into debt diplomacy with GCC actors particularly the UAE is not encouraging - abysmal and grim.

One of the most peculiar projects is Kaspa, developed in partnership with Israel's formidable info-spooks with admittedly brilliant coders which has developed something of a cult following in Turkey. Kaspa is emblematic of the brokenness & poverty of vision in the Old Islamicate. Until nation-states act to provide cognitive and neurological immunity to their citizens - innoculating them without creating prisons of their own the question of the future of the web will continue to be dictated by weaponized interests.

Part of the forecast for Cybernetic State formation is going to be about charting the development of true breakthrough populisms and terrorisms that revolt against the logic and circuitry of the Machine God - until that happens and is resolved, the next century cannot start. Nowhere has there been successful populism that violently rejects Ellul's Technique. These are not prescriptive predictions or necessarily hyperstitional but observations about resolving latent tensions for the next century to kickstart.

MAGA, Wilders, Le Pen all kind of sort hint at what's behind the resentment and angst but none have been truly able to get to the heart of the matter, and this has led to a cycle of cultural buffering where we are waiting for the next phase to load. It also speaks to a larger question about what dissent properly looks like in an era where state sponsored splinternets, predictive policing and blockchain surveillance chains with neurological surveillance are increasingly probable in a 10 year window.

Cognitive enclosures (splinternets) with constant neurological surveillance (BCI) creating loops of reinforced illiteracy will render the Enlightenment dead - deterministic social engineering via cybernetic governance will threaten to overwhelm any cosmotechnic project. AI search engines like Perplexity is the first crude prototypical iteration of what such a structure could look like; coupled with new device interfaces that fuse silicon and biology, digested snippets bereft of deep context and literacy presented in neat bullet points beamed in. OpenAI has given up any pretence of its original mission statement offering the GCC potentially nationwide subscriptions with undoubtedly editorial priveleges on the responses through the blackbox. China competes on the same trajectory with Deepseek.

Notes On Cognitive Hacking and Algorithmic Corruption

There is a peculiar silence that descends once it becomes clear that the war for narrative has been irreversibly lost by the institutions that once governed truth through the slow machinery of peer review, editorial authority, and credentialed gatekeeping. What we have now is not merely a proliferation of falsehoods but something altogether more unruly, more ontologically destabilising, a situation in which the very conditions for the possibility of shared meaning have eroded under the weight of globally networked cognition. In this world, where data is sovereign and perception is weaponised, cognitive hacking is not an aberration but the logic of the system coming into view.

To call it “misinformation” is to misunderstand the nature of the event. This is not simply a problem of wrong facts being spread by bad actors. It is a paradigmatic shift in the structure of belief itself. What cognitive hacking really names is the emergence of a new modality of conflict, one in which the target is no longer military infrastructure or industrial capacity, but the epistemic infrastructure of the subject—their capacity to know, to interpret, to believe. The battlefield is now internal. The psy-op is ambient. The victories are not marked by territorial conquest but by algorithmic virality, by the successful rerouting of attention toward engineered affective outcomes that precede rational reflection and short-circuit deliberative faculties.

The classic Enlightenment subject, the one who reasons, deliberates, weighs evidence and arrives at conclusions through the exercise of judgement, is no longer operative. In its place has emerged a reactive, dopamine-conditioned figure whose sense of reality is increasingly authored by feed architecture. Social media platforms, far from being neutral tools, function as distributed cognition systems, constantly shaping and reshaping the contours of inner life. The feedback loops are tight, the inputs invisible, the outputs increasingly indistinguishable from belief.

And it is here that algorithmic corruption completes the circuit. The term “bias” does not even begin to capture the depth of the issue. These algorithms are not merely reflecting existing social hierarchies and prejudices; they are operationalising them, encoding them into the infrastructure of the real in ways that cannot be traced back to intention or ideology in the conventional sense. What we are seeing is the automation of soft power through infrastructure. The distinction between content and context collapses, and with it, the distinction between persuasion and coercion.

The algorithm, in this schema, does not care what you believe, only that you continue to produce data that confirms its model. It is not that the algorithm is evil or good. It is simply that it is indifferent to the ontological health of the subject. And in this indifference lies its power. For when belief becomes a byproduct of engagement, when political identity is an emergent property of clickstreams and predictive taxonomies, the question of truth gives way to the question of relevance. What wins is what circulates, and what circulates is what triggers. The rational is buried beneath the affective. What is left is pure signal processing.

What follows is the emergence of a cybernetic state form that no longer governs through laws or norms but through architecture. Control is no longer exercised through decrees or legislation but through interface design, data schema, and behavioural nudging. The liberal democratic order, which once prided itself on the sovereignty of the individual, now finds itself reterritorialised within a matrix of platform logics that govern not through explicit coercion but through predictive feedback. Governance, in this context, becomes indistinguishable from user experience design.

And yet this emerging paradigm does not announce itself openly. It arrives camouflaged as efficiency, as convenience, as customisation. The biometric identity system is not framed as a disciplinary mechanism but as a way to reduce friction in service delivery. Predictive policing is not presented as a form of racialised control but as data-driven reform. Central bank digital currencies are sold not as programmable constraint but as financial inclusion. Every instrument of control is reframed as a technological solution to a social problem, and in this reframing the horizon of resistance narrows until it disappears entirely. The Anarcho-Tyranny program is being repackaged through corporate-techno Sam-Altman mumbojumbo transhumanist speaking in tongues brainwashing.

The Right, presently, is the most willing to fuse political rhetoric with infrastructural innovation. Not because it has some deep affinity with cybernetics but because it has correctly intuited that the culture wars, as presently waged, will only ever be won through technological sovereignty. The immigration crisis, especially in the Anglosphere and its borderlands, has created the emotional substrate required to normalise the expansion of state surveillance infrastructures. The rhetoric of existential threat enables the implementation of control mechanisms that would otherwise be rejected as authoritarian overreach. This is not new. What is new is the speed and scale at which these systems are being built, and the extent to which they are no longer anchored in law but in code.

At the same time, the private sector is positioning itself as the true inheritor of sovereign functions. One does not need to speculate, these patterns are already visible. Microsoft and Palantir are embedded in defence, logistics, and in the near future welfare systems. Google is not merely indexing the world’s information; it is shaping the categories through which that information is understood. Meta, through its metaverse ambitions, seeks to become the jurisdictional substrate of digital life itself and is also looking to create a monetary identity once more riding the crypto wave. These are not corporations in the classical sense. They are prefigurative state forms, already carving out extralegal zones of operation in which new logics of control and value extraction are being trialled in real time.

The global order is thus moving not toward integration but toward fragmentation. The dream of a single, unified internet has already collapsed. What we are seeing instead is the construction of discrete information blocs, each with its own epistemic protocols, infrastructural standards, and regulatory frameworks. The American bloc, still hegemonic but decaying, will persist through a combination of military power, platform reach, and financial primacy. China’s techno-authoritarian model offers a closed, vertically-integrated alternative that fuses state and machine with extraordinary discipline. The EU, lacking both vision and sovereignty, will become a legalistic vassal trapped in proceduralism. The BRICS coalition, if it coheres, will likely orbit around a Sino-Russian core, offering a monetary and infrastructural alternative to dollar dominance. Everyone else will be forced to pledge allegiance to one or another data regime, paying rent in the form of access, interoperability, and silence.

The future is no longer assured to be a theatre of global universalism but rather will be host to a innumerable tragedies - a planetary system of incompatible ontologies, loosely connected through trade, espionage, and temporary diplomatic truces. The dream of a shared reality is over. What remains is the long, slow war over who gets to build the portals through which future populations will see, think, and feel.

And truly God knows best

Japan proves so many assumptions wrong - a country stuck with the macroeconomic conditions of the 80s was not able to sustain the social mores of that era. Material ossification due to faltering capital acceleration with technological bottlenecks leads to demographic fatigue. Cultural optimism in our lifetimes is downstream from promethean techno-solutionism - our parents and grandparents were assured of the promise that technocratic solutions deployed by the State would bring untold prosperity and progress and rightly so.

What have current generations seen apart from enshittification, intel agency manipulation, algorithmic capture by cog war forces, institutional collapse and the end of modernity? There is nothing to sustain cultural optimism because capital is cannibalising itself.

And in the West, this is the certainly the case this has created huge techno-bottlenecks where breakthroughs in the theoretical sciences are not delivering any substantive real world benefits. Crypto is a scam, genomics failed, CRISPR didn't democratise medicine - all failed gods. Which is why China is so unique. The EV revolution is a clear example where capital and techno-bottles were marshalled ruthlessly by the State with the Five Year Plans delivering results time after time.

The West has abandoned cosmotechnic mastery - something that to be very honest it innovated and reached first at the peak of American Primacy for gheys like Altman and Thiel to push shit algorithms, institutional/regulatory capture and security state expansion. An Islamicate Cosmotechnics would have us believe that technology is the means to realise our Adamic potential in the Iqballian sense - inevitably the line between blood and silicon will blur, as we move forward to fulfil this promise and potential

The Saudi-US deal is much more beneficial for the Americans, if one reads through the details. Congress alone has the power to lift sanctions and Padishah's rule by Executive Order at some point will meet with resistance.

There is little about an understanding around Saudi nuclear ambitions and also again little to suggest an ironclad security arrangement with GAE. The danger here is that lifetime Indians, the Saudis are paying way above market value for Western tech

Most of the deals are around hyperfinancial commercialism and AI - the outcome of these deals will need to be tested against a longer timeframe of a decade or two so no immediate transformation there.

The exuberance of the Saudi-US engagement seems disproportionate likely for cogwar purposes for both MBS and Padishah who need good news. Unless Padishah's EO decisions translate into the machinery of the Deep State, the jury is still out on what has actually been agreed upon

MBS is in danger of greater financial recklessness - his reign so far has shown someone not in control of the numbers, too obsessed with flashy megaprojects that end up collpasing - Saudi's budgetary problems will not be helped by pumping money into a dying Empire

Where MBS thrives is the showman diplomacy of walking the China-GAE tightrope which few others can skilfully manage - his talents should be focused more on soft power projection. Someone needs to take away the purse strings from him though before he bankrupts the petro-casino

Already the Saudi Sovereign Wealth Fund (PIF) is in dire straits recently announcing a series of difficult decisions around hiring, restructuring and "optimization" which is euphemistic corporate-speak for things are burning up in flames

‘Sufic Cybernetics’ offers a cosmotechnic reconstruction of cybernetic theory, unshackling it from its secular moorings as envisioned by Norbert Wiener and his successors, and rooting it instead within the moral psychology of tasawwuf.

In such a schemata, the recursion of cybernetic systems becomes a shadow of the soul’s journey toward divine unity, illuminated by the radiant example of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

The Prophet, as the Insan al-Kamil (the Perfect Human), embodies the ultimate mirror of divine reflection, his heart a polished surface that gazes upon the Creator with unblemished clarity. This act of receiving and transmitting divine guidance mirrors recursive loops, where feedback refines and elevates a system toward equilibrium - ultimately going back to the Source.

Cybernetic recursion is not merely a technical process but a faint echo of the soul’s ascent through the maqamat, each cycle of reflection bringing the seeker nearer to fana in the Divine Presence. The Mi’raj serves as the archetype of this journey, a recursive ascent through layers of divine proximity, where each heaven reflects a higher truth, culminating in the vision of the Divine Essence beyond the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary (Qur’an 53:14-18).

Al-Ghazali and many masters mention the well known Prophetic habit of retreating to Hira. Hira serves as the archetype for tafakkur, a recursive turning of the heart toward God before the revelation of the Qur’an. This mirrors the cybernetic principle of feedback, where each cycle of reflection refines the soul, purging it of worldly distortions until it becomes a clear mirror for divine light.

In Sufic Cybernetics, the algorithmic loops of modern systems are but a shadow of this prophetic practice, a mechanical vestige of the heart’s eternal turning toward its Creator. This continuous turning encapsulated by tawbah; a way of returning back to equilibrium.

This aligns with the Sufi understanding of creation as theophany, a continuous outpouring of divine names and attributes. The recursive nature of cybernetic systems reflects divine manifestation, where God’s light unfolds through creation in cycles of revelation and return. The Prophet, as the Rahmatan lil-‘Alamin stands at the center of this cosmic recursion, his sunnah a guiding algorithm for humanity to navigate the infinite loops of existence back to their divine source. The Qur’an (3:31) speaks of this, a recursive invitation to align one’s being with the prophetic model, each act of emulation a more faithul return to the One.

In this framework, cybernetics becomes hidden remembrance, a circuit of reflection that mirrors the relationship between the Creator and the created.

Contemplative retreat and its most distilled form uzla is a dim and clumsy reflection of the initial impulse of creation itself, where God, in a hadith qudsi, declares, “I was a hidden treasure and loved to be known, so I created the creation to be known.” Cybernetic recursion, then, is a vestigial trace of this divine desire for self-revelation through the wastelands of exile, a rippling echo of the soul’s yearning to return to its origin, its home.

LLM driven meta-commentaries will kill many potential autodidacts. The authentic autodidact will become an endangered species, cognitive atrophy setting in specifically because attention itself is outsoruced to agentic AI. There are and will be workarounds, to leverage LLM agentic labour without sucumbing to cognitive atrophy. Cog war by intel agencies who are a critical part of the architecture of data-technofeudalism is possible as our faculties atrophy. Atrophy always occurs in the setting of accepting custodianship over sovereignty.

Appreciate the Zaytuna College movement a lot in the Anglosphere, but it ultimately set the limit of Muslim intellectual engagement towards Neo-Luddite First Things-style Catholicism - Islam has so much more potential than this.

At the time this was a much welcome contrast to mainsteam corporatized Islamoleftism and simpleton chickenshop Salafism. Since then the landscape has clearly evolved but Zaytuna and largely SHY set the Neo-Luddite megatrend and agenda that even his rivals ended up emulating.

SHY's influence in this aspect has become ubiquitous to the point that a lot of anti-modernity poasting within the Anglosphere is just his legacy but without name - true megatrend dominance.

However now comes the point to contest and overthrow this megatrend - SAIF will dictate the agenda change by forcing many to re-evaluate their Neo-Luddite first principles - this will inspire a range of emotions - it will compel reaction.

SAIF continues to attack the most sacrosanct pillars of Anglo-Islam intellectualism which has now seeped into Dawah Inc too - comfortable anti-modernism, holier than thou Neo-Ludditism and fanciful eschatologies that rationalise defeat.

GAE looks after incumbent Big Tech AI (OpenAI, Palantir, Anthropic etc) due to oligarchic interests rather than trying to outcompete Chinese open source - the Chinese know this so will accelerate

Regulatory capture is now hardwired into the soul of American hyperfinancialism. With AI - nationalist forms of doomerism will infect policy. "Chinese AI will takeover" - but lies because they accelerate open source and wreck moats whilst GAE try to do anything to pump Wall St

Incentives utterly wrecked. Trump coalition is made up of Crypto and AI charlatans from Suvreillance Valley - but in order to compete you need to gut OpenAI, Anthropic and slaughter the holy cow of NVIDIA

Technofeudalism is not compatible with Iqballian spiritual democracy

Muslim contribution to FOSS in a period where there is no anchor state and the need is some degree of independence from GAE and CCP (unavoidable to ignore entirely though) splinternts is the fix here.

Building on already excellent protocols the key - Notesnook an example of Muslim excellence in encrypted notetaking that has become universalist. It is a good product because it is excellent not because it is "Islamic", banking on affinity scamming

SAIF has been spreading the need for FOSS development not just as a technical challenge but one of cultural formation and attitudes. We must reconfigure the everyday cultural relationship Muslims have with Big Tech and in doing so we will find like minded allies

Data is spice - taking this one step further - data and money are increasingly becoming one and the same thing. Important to engage culturally and technically with BTC but also XMR to a lesser extent and avoid the rest of GAE crypto

The previous GAE policy of allowing reasonable autonomy to the central provinces (Canada et al) is no longer felt to be in the interest of American primacy - many of the provinces if allowed to exercise sovereignty in a multipolar world would no longer automatically choose the US

In a multipolar world where choosing the US is no longer the default option - protectionism is a way of bolting the doors, locking in allies against their will and holding them hostage.

The pain this will cause in the provinces will of course incite the flames of rebellion and will force many to ask "What is the point of being a GAE vassal anymore?" - when that gains momentum there will be new populisms potentially - GAExit on the cards?

Unlike the EU for all its faults there is no constitutional or political identity here that is being shaped by Trumpism outside of accelerating sovcorp/megacartel raiding of state assets

Populism with oligarchic/plutocratic characteristics by cynically deploying protectionism to keep the USD based Wall Street ponzi scheme going, will unsurprisingly not save the West - it accelerates its death

As written recently in the excellent paper by Hornby, "Gadamer's Hermeneutics After ChatGPT" we are at the start of a process where the dialogical interactions between the reader, text and author will become radically altered

Hornby discusses how LLM models when deployed in chatbots or even agents can be thought of as large meta-texts rather than mega-texts per se. The future of literary engagement in an agentic world will be meta-textual - summaries often distilled into more concise summaries

The reader will now have the scope of their literary engagement shaped by various meta-texts offered by competing models - there will be Deepseek meta-texts about Nietzsche and Anthroopic, OpenAI and Alibaba ones.

Recent research of deploying LLMs in pedagogical settings have shown remarkable results particularly a small scale study done in Nigeria in an underprivileged setting. Meta-textual summaries seems to distill understanding?

Futurism is the promise those in the present make that all that was, is and will be beautiful and sacred will endure through Time to reach to those yet to be born

The signal to noise ratio on SAIF Nostr is rather excellent - Bluesky in comparison just has a very pale imitation of Dawah Inc with Islamoleftism

SAIF

Technological acceleration will be fought between two different versions - cynical Yarvin technofeudalism promoting data serfdom by American Empire and FOSS self-hosting where everything is so cheap, all have a chance to be sovereign

Technology should end up cannablising capital - the problem with Surveillance Valley is that it ends up being the other way around - China knows this so it will use open source to bleed it out by a thousand cuts in the AI Cold War

FOSS is a great way to disrupt and shrink proprietary rent-seeking - if everyone can run highly robust models locally for basic things like search, text analysis that kills 90% of GAE AI startups

The need for competent strong anchor states is still pressing, but it's no longer a zero sum game, all or nothing - both can happen. A strong New Islamicate state with a grassroots self-sovereign ethic - both must happen

Yarvin Technofeudalism will continue to spread bland and flat monocultural supremacy as a new patch on legacy post Cold War power. Chinese anchored AI localism can allow for multiple technological futures

The great hope from Deepseek is that individuals may no longer have to choose between Empires, but that by removing the guardrails, proprietary moats, rent-seeking monopolies, sovereignty is diluted down to the individual, allowing cultural multipolarity - accelerate.

Financial Nihilism is now the official position of GAE - $TRUMP - Keep rugging the American people till they completely crack.

Notes On Attention

Attention is a unit of commerce, a commodity and weapon - it is all of this at once and more. In the canon of Islamicate Sufic authors, attention was at the core of spiritual rejuvenation. Attention and the gaze of man was meant to be directed to the Divine alone but man all too soon realized there were many ailments that poisoned the mind and body, preventing access to the Source. The authors of tasawwuf then in one sense were keen diagnosticians, aware of precognitive frames that hindered man to not fully utilize attention and direct it to where it needed to go.

To conquer the ailments and treat them was a far simpler task a century ago, perhaps even a decade or so ago. Now attention is increasingly anchored primarily in cyberspace, contested not merely by traditional typologies of spontaneous sin like lust and greed but well coordinated nation-state actors, intelligence agencies and propaganda machines - well funded, well financed and often well researched.

One recourse for the Muslim is to lean into Luddite retreat. Cyberspace is simply inhospitable to Islam. Cyberspace is not a space that is commensurate with Islamic sensibilities and sentiment. It cannot be conquered, it cannot be redesigned or realigned. However, to concede the loss of cyberspace is for the believer to unwittingly concede the lack of one's own capacity to bear witness to God's Revelation in the Time that he has allotted to us.

It also does not understand that the nature of statecraft, commerce, monetary activity and intellectual generation will primarily be cyber in the years to come. Action will inevitably be local, but the generative impulses for it can be done in online networks that recognize Muslim plurality as a feature and not a bug. Cyberspace will be contested by nation-state blocs, empires, corporations and radical private actors. It seems perplexing that some Muslims choose to abandon this field, nor even consider its utility in terms of formulating new political configurations centered around the Divine.

Another alternative, is to use cyberspace as terrain for rehashing old battles because there is simply no imagination, vision or will to conceptualize New Islamicate futures. These debates in the past were not centrally generative of any real political project, but often relied on patronage from the Islamic Secular who envisioned a civlizational vision much larger than the often parochial concerns of the jurist-class.

In this vision, the mimetic potential of cyber virality repackages marginal concerns of the ancient jurist-class into a mistaken centrality in the project of civilizational anchoring. For example the legality of the Mawlid occupies centrality in cyber-articulations of "Islamicness" - an odd and pathetic use of the potentials of digital discourse. Dawah Inc has catapulted a whole raft of wholly irrelevant concerns and granted them as somehow the be all and end all of civilizational renewal. It creates a class of Muslims who see the negotiation of such question as the be all and end all to the question of how Islam engages today and in the future. It fosters a false sense of a febrile zero sum game that gives rise to interesting psychopathologies.

Both these approaches cocoon the believer from the realities of the age, it creates cognitive dissonance. It leads to a distorted sense of the heritage of all those who labored for Islamicate Sovereignty which if one mines the historical archives were a far more expansive set of actors than just the jurist-class. The Muslim modern is orphaned from the larger chain of those who worked towards Islamicate Sovereignty.

This has created, whether the participants are aware of this or not - a profound sense of alienation for the vast majority of believers who are not invested in Dawah Inc or the ongoing attempts at self-preservation of a failing jurist-class that have been unduly burdened with unreasonable expectations packaged with responsibilities and obligations it is not equipped to deal with. It can be argued that in the past there was no expectation that the jurist-class was meant to be the generative site for renewal and configuration of new novel forms of political and social configuration. Fiqh was never in the business of culture-making the foundations for political order. The juristic class of course were relied upon to be a bedrock of stability in whatever political configuration was hashed out, contested and arrived at.

At a basic level, today the impoverishment, weakness and humiliation of post-colonial Muslim states sparks a transhistorical sense of collective guilt and remorse which forges communal belonging that often boils down to "We can do better, we must do better". However, where do these believers turn to in between Luddites and Dawah Inc?

Those who are not well versed in these arcane debates are somehow made to feel as if they have no real part to play in the story of Islamicate civilizations in this century and beyond. They do believe in the gaze of God, the promises of His Messenger ﷺ and the reality of the Last Day, but there is no sense of network or anchoring either in meatspace or cyber that allows them to labour in this cause without being caught up in baboonery.

Much can and should also be said about other chasms in the Muslim attention-economy - ethno-narcissism, ghettoisation, perplexing nationalisms - perhaps for another time.

So what is the state of the Muslim "attention-economy" so to speak? It is dire. We have lost potential networks of the Islamic Secular within cyber, that could have laboured towards Islamicate Sovereignty, that have as much an authentic role (indeed even more so) than the jurist-class or the Dawah Inc media market merchants. Fixing the attention-economy in cyber is necessary - dragging the timeline towards sanity away from delirium and perhaps most of all denial of the tasks at hand.

And truly God knows best

Alzheimer's Aqeedah - cognitive decline, memory loss (disconnected from the past), unmoored sense of time, odd fixation on aqeedah and other marginal concerns of medieval scholasticism as be all and end all - common prevalence. No cure, just pray.

Can one act confidently in the present only if the matter in question was already prefigured in the past? By deifying the past, we disrespect the other siblings of Time - the present and the future plus all that is in between and happening

What drives the need to venture out only if such a step was found neatly packaged in a long forgotten manuscript in the year 1215?

Perhaps it's prolonged grief from all that has been lost and that we continue to lose in the present day

Although this comes from the developer of Obsidian (on Twitter @kepano - note taking app) it is a beautiful distillation of the Islamicate attitude towards knowledge in the digital age:

File over app

File over app is a philosophy: if you want to create digital artifacts that last, they must be files you can control, in formats that are easy to retrieve and read. Use tools that give you this freedom.

File over app is an appeal to tool makers: accept that all software is ephemeral, and give people ownership over their data.

In the fullness of time, the files you create are more important than the tools you use to create them. Apps are ephemeral, but your files have a chance to last.

The pyramids of Egypt contain hieroglyphs that were chiseled in stone thousands of years ago. The ideas hieroglyphs convey are more important than the type of chisel that was used to carve them.

The world is filled with ideas from generations past, transmitted through many mediums, from clay tablets to manuscripts, paintings, sculptures, and tapestries. These artifacts are objects that you can touch, hold, own, store, preserve, and look at. To read something written on paper all you need is eyeballs.

Today, we are creating innumerable digital artifacts, but most of these artifacts are out of our control. They are stored on servers, in databases, gated behind an internet connection, and login to a cloud service. Even the files on your hard drive use proprietary formats that make them incompatible with older systems.

Paraphrasing something I wrote recently:

If you want your writing to still be readable on a computer from the 2060s or 2160s, it’s important that your notes can be read on a computer from the 1960s.

You should want the files you create to be durable, not only for posterity, but also for your future self. You never know when you might want to go back to something you created years or decades ago. Don’t lock your data into a format you can’t retrieve.

These days I write using an app I help make called Obsidian ( @obsdmd ), but it’s a delusion to think it will last forever. The app will eventually become obsolete. It’s the plain text files I create that are designed to last. Who knows if anyone will want to read them besides me, but future me is enough of an audience to make it worthwhile

Prepare for literacy and archiving with local LLMs on powerful hardware - the issue is data ownership and sovereignty, not artifical intelligence itself. Open source models are eroding the proprietary moat.

This may price some out - doesn't matter, those who can should, those who can't will be left behind

Local LLMs guarantee sovereignty to a large degree - the divide between those who leverage it and those who don't will be a wide chasm by the end of this year

Bring to life what was once unthought, unseen and unheard to the stage where it becomes foundational - few can do this because most will spend their days trying to revive the dead and the work of the dead. What passes for normative today is just undead parasitism.

Underground nuclear reactors proposed by Deep Fission to power data centres for the AI Cambrian explosion may settle the question about renewables. Nuclear is the future and Spice (data) it seems will settle many a question in the birth of the new world. Big Tech are considering going nuclear and BTC mining may go in the same direction as nation-states consider strategic reserves.

Vast swathes of the Old Islamicate are about to be left behind yet again as we stand on the cusp of a new horrific birth - there are too few ready to seize opportunity.

The only course is to "leap frog" - abandon current paradigmatic consensus positions on economic and industrial policy, consider data and compute power as the priority to avoid a meagre existence of data serfdom.

Be algo-driven; not algo-engineered

Muslim crypto building needs to be anti-compliant with GAE financial regulation - otherwise its basically a L2 for USD which has short term gain but long term pain.

Stablecoins are planned GAE cryptocolonialism for expansion of UST markets via central providers like Tether that offer short term gain for dilapidated postcolonial Muslim currencies but do not generate a new network effect at the monetary layer because it still relies on USD.

Still subject to unilateral seizure, censorship, shutdown etc - not to mention it offers the illusion of sovereignty when the political economy of the chain is still dependent on GAE primacy.

More tech has meant more casinofication of the markets and I think those who argue for more market efficiency with tech are understating the cataclysmic fallout from 2008 which provided the cultural catalyst for financial nihilism that millennials and zoomers now take for granted

Casinofication however is not the same as market efficiency. The wisdom of the crowds model is quickly replaced by algorithmic hijacking of mobs who are inherently financial nihilists. Crypto has taken off (including BTC) because of financial nihilism - not because of utility

These are powerful dynamics - we understate and underestimate the cultural thesis of financial nihilism that spawned the success of the crypto market today including BTC. It was not utility, cypherpunk conversion or anti-state libertarianism that saw its market cap explode...

What many fail to understand is that it won't be just particular configurations of liberalism that will fracture, splinter and fragment - much will have to perish to move forward to what comes next, including things we may hold dear now - that's just how it goes.

If you think status quo technocratic managerial liberalism is the only thing being stress tested right now then you aren't paying attention to what's happening out there

Little probably of what we recognize today in terms of political economy, social, political arrangements and so on - the things we take for granted will make it out alive. Trying to put a band aid over these failures makes us much worse than Fukuyaman technocrats

Post-sectarianism is the logical outcome for the building of the New Islamicate where the political project assumes cosmic importance over and above the project of furthering scholastic agendas because without sovereignty, scholasticism loses its sting

Everyone must arrive at this destination in order to avoid the horrors of the last century, and this isn't in reference to Sunni-Shia relations - that is a political/civilizational fault line - this in reference to intra-Sunni diffrence that must find a home within a project

New cultural formation that shatters the old divisions - Salafi, Sufi etc must take place to initiate free peoples to new collectives and communities of meaning that have something pertinent to say not just about the challenges of today (that is reactive) but of tomorrow

New paper on Islam and AI https://send.adminforge.de/download/0d47d11e02667d6c/#T4zp8q9CxlN72_bd-Kjx8A

The spirit of Islam is iconoclastic, it moved through symbol and in the hearts of its faithful via created abstractions beyond the material and profane. It relied on inner realities to move men, shape minds and save hearts. Exemplars abounded of course, but in memory they faded into hagiographical mist - transferring from mundane historical record, to legend and ultimately to myth.

This created a distinct form of parasocial culture, relationships were anchored to spiritual poles that in time had accrued layers of myth and embellishment to the point that the person in question had been eclipsed by the legend that had grown around them. These legends and myths pointed to a larger transcendent reality - a form of communication between generations and souls spanning across time and space. In stark contrast to the parasocial patterns today that form around the mundane, the profane and are inextricably tied down to a specific instance and circumstance of iniquity. Parasocial patterns today thrive on an openly transparent hermeneutics of slop. Degraded surface-level mimetics that ends up corrupting the soul and mind.

If however, this same mimetic force could be marshalled towards a spirituality of obfuscation and self-effacement it could be explosive. The mimicry of mediocre celebrity that sought to scavenge off the dregs of peasant capital would be decimated, by emphasizing self-effacement in the hyperdigital there would be the potential for creating new Islamicate myths and legends. Dawah Inc thus would be vanquished not through brute force but by shadow war - by nameless, faceless neo-Malamatiyya who would never conform or give in to the fragile illusory promise of e-celebrity.

The keys to unlocking the mimetic potential of the hyperdigital lie within the archives - there were always souls suspicious of the sunlight, the easy promise of transparent success and public adulation. There have always been those who remained distant from the corrupting influence of a hermeneutics that all too often played to the whims and passions of the masses. Yet, they nonetheless felt compelled to spark transformation through deploying a different form of communication, a different form of art that sought to eclipse the flesh of status and social standing. Islam through its initial iconoclastic spirit lends itself as fertile terrain for this enterprise.

Post-Adamic Tasawwuf

Denial alone cannot be the basis of the post-Adamic moment which approaches us. Standalone platforms harnessing LLM capabilities will not be as destabilising as the fusion of biology and dataism.

I mention dataism specifically because most bio-computer initiatives, currently being evolved or developed by companies that have an inherent commercial bias on leveraging behavioral data that can be analyzed and incorporated into business models and algorithms. Dataism is premised on the assumption that biological behavioral patterns through cyberspace are a commodity that can be bought or sold and synthesized into "business models" for optimization and "priming".

However beyond biological data there is the more fundamental question of what happens when man is synthesized with machine and the Adamic form is absorbed by the augmented cyborg. Fiqh can certainly respond and react to developments as they unfold. But it cannot be relied upon to evolve a proactive spirit, an orientation ahead of time. At least fiqh in its current iteration and configurations of political economy and bureaucratic stasis vis-a-vis its orientation and troubled relationships with the nightmare modern states of the post-colonial Islamicate.

Now is the need for evolving post-Adamic Tasawwuf, where cyborg can be tamed to serve God - a sufic taming of the man-machine synthesis that denies biological dataism, panoptic supremacy.

Cog War Futures

The legacy of gain of research function has clearly been an escalation in covert planning for biological warfare waged amongst unsuspecting populations as part of a larger theatre between nation state actors. It speaks to the expanding theatre of war as conventional military conflcit becomes increasingly a zero sum game with no clear winners, yielding to protracted political conflcits that fester on for decades.

Biological warfare thus forms part of 5GW, as a new shadow strategy of escalation that due to its relative low cost investment becomes accessible to non-state actors as well. It forms as a larger contest of neuro-cognitive conflict that seeks to rot an opponent from within - a slow burn towards decay. What this means is that for future Islamicate polities they must not only be cognisant of such scenarios but gain mastery to wage horrors of their own in order to stay as a "live player". Nature is but a series of conflicts and where there is offence there is also defence. The individual must discern the changing winds of war and raid the archives to biohsck towards greater cognitive fortification and spiritual opsec.

The Sufic Dark Forest #nostrnotes

The Sufic Dark Forest is a recognition that in a world built on the cannabalising logic of parasocial monetization which enters into a Faustian bargain with Panoptic Technocapital; virtue is fragile. Virtue is precious. For the good to be enjoined, the Ishmaelite must jealously protect the integrity and beauty of what is good. Obfuscating and evading algorithmic coercion through cryptography and encryption is not so vice can be performed in atheistic anarchic spaces that are doomed for oblivion.

"The bruddas working to connect Amethyst, Orbot, Citrine, Amber, 0xchat and Cashu to forge salvation from Musk's Intelligence Agency Psy-Op Zio-Hindutva Bot Network (Twitter)" https://image.nostr.build/29319edd4300f36640225b90f843d6c5911a059d75ce11330dcb24558f8a0e85.jpg

Citrine works nicely - a relay in your phone that you can onionise with Orbot, even if public relays are knocked out you are still standing

To be SAIF is to discern the hikma of strong money - to appreciate which chain can weather inflationary ponzis and which one can afford you the shadows, day and night - each has a purpose for the believer

Over the last ten years there is negligible Muslim presence on the Fediverse and similar open protocol ecosystems - massive one on Meta. A people who simply do not want Sovereignty in any shape or form in any domain.

The Online Islamicate must increasingly build and plan for an increasingly fractured and hostile landscape of splinternets. Software should increasingly focus less on "democratization" but about security and integrity - the ability to function without State interference.

It means adopting adopting open protocols and money that can survive in adversarial environments. A great challenge lies in creating the cultural conditions for people to embrace Lunarpunk attitudes rather than stick to comfortable dekusions about creating with Solarpunk impulse.

American Surveillance Valley billionaires, the Chinese CCP, Old Islamicate autocracies - the list of enemies is large for the fair minded Ishmaelite - one can no longer depend on the goodwill and charity of others.

The Restrict Act will make the Brazilians and Brits look like amateurs - pale imitations of the Original American Panopticon. A consequence of American triumph during the Cold War was the subtle distillation of surveillance into the fabric of liberal constitutional norms away from culture war polemics so that it became the ground on which everyone stands on.

Genius lay in outsourcing and obfuscating nodes of surveillance which the Soviets struggled with - outsourced to private companies, business, enterprise. Musk, Zuckerberg and Gates are the defacto intelligence commissars of liberalism with fans, stockholders, NGOs etc

Third world surveillance states implode because they are inherently fragile - everything is locked up by some configuration of a military junta. The Chinese learnt from the Americans and accelerated to its logical conclusion - techno-national splinternets that sustain commerce

Surveillance is better when done proactively like by Silicon Valley or the Chinese State - private sector partners that offer positive from ecommerce, to media to app based ecosystems and baking the Panotpicon in. If you want to use these "free" products you have to tick T&Cs

Unless your State can develop an Instagram or Google Pay clone, you cannot play the Surveillance Games at the level of the Americans and Chinese - you otherwise end up like Brazil, Egypt or Iran - clunky, heavy ans reactive

Very nice using Minibits which has a lightning address and ecash tokens built in one, https://www.minibits.cash/ easy to use as a receiving lightning address with no kyc or details needed.

I don't think custodianship at this scale is an issue for communities that still have reasonable institutional structures in place that have retain trust and reputational prestige so long as they keep a healthy distance from the State.

There is an arresting paragraph in Hallaq's Impossible State where he talks about how the paradigm of the modern state finds no overlap or common cause with that of Islamic governance:

"Nor did Islamic governance know anything like the scale of surveillance generated by the modern state’s police and prison systems. These, so normalized and a matter of fact today, would have been horrifying to Muslims as specters of domination and cruelty. Nor, still, did Islamic rule so much as tamper with the sphere of education, which remained not only private but also nonformal and highly accessible, accommodating the entire spectrum of social strata"

There are a few times in the Impossible State where Hallaq touches upon the coercive and pervasive net of surveillance the modern state casts over everything it sees in an effort to shape the moral nature of its citizens. Nearly every time he does so he references Foucault's work which is to be expected given his intervention in this particular facet of political philosophy.

Hallaq though does not reference the Cypherpunks as a philosophical resource even though the two share striking similarities. One of the biggest drawbacks with Hallaq's work is there is not enough translation of how his astute theoretical analysis translates into the modern machinery of the State in terms of how it actually works. This does not detract from the merit of his work at all, but there is an opportunity that goes begging.

The modern State is a parasite that logs everything you do, leaving no sphere for an "individual" to truly emerge, it is a consumptive pathology that leaves no space for autonomy even though it dresses itself up in the rhetoric of High Enlightenment aesthetics. This inescapable fact that is now proven beyond reproach is the ultimate vindication of the Hallaqian thesis.

"Exile occurs when society at large becomes estranged from right living and there is an absence of an ethical spirit and voice, when an era lacks a great moral figure or soul"

An Islamicate articulation of the surreal and banal horror of machinification cannot begin in the absence of eschatological belief in the heart of the believer. In Sunni cosmology, as time yawns ahead of us and leaves behind the Prophetic era we are in continuous state of moral decay as we approach the Last Day. Sunni eschatology to those who regularly refresh their hearts with the reminders and literature around the topic will be familiar with the visceral and detailed descriptions of complete moral breakdown and decay and the increasing Prophetic advice that in such times we must withdraw, refrain and retire physically away from such evil whilst engaged in a war for spiritual purification by clinging on to prayer with the Qur'an as a shield. With such an eschatological superstructure one should not be terribly shocked or surprised by the accelerationist contentions (they are varied and diverse) about the march of technocapital and the havoc it would wreck. Nor should the Sunni be terribly surprised that the ruling political elites would exert tremendous oppression to expand and cling on to power.

Props to Elon - he's playing a different game. Rile up everyone into a chimp contest of r-tards claiming who is more based/racist etc all the while building the Everything App - monetizing the simulated conflict and keeping it within the logic of the new cybernetic system.

The Eye of Sauron is upon us but wait everyone is holding mock inquisitorial trials of who is more racist and charging peasants $5 a month via their Patreon for the viewing pleasure.

For every peasant the most important question on the Right or Left right now is who is more racist and they charge people and game the algorithm on this basis.
