TunnelSats v3 is LIVE. 🚀

We rebuilt the entire experience from the ground up for Lightning Node Runners.

What's new: ✅ New Dashboard: Manage your subscriptions & WireGuard keys. ✅ API Access: Automate your node's privacy. ✅ Robust Scripts: New installer ✅ Referrals: Earn sats for helping peers secure their nodes.

Check it out: https://tunnelsats.com (Onion Link in the header nav)

Happy GENESIS DAY!

I've created a few Python scripts for Lightning node runners and put them on GitHub! Check out "Lightning-Python-Tools": https://github.com/TrezorHannes/Lightning-Python-Tools

It includes several scripts, a few highlights as example:

• fee_adjuster.py: Uses LNDg and Amboss data to create your own fee heuristics.
• pocketmoney.py: Sets up recurring payments via LNBits, great for allowances.
• peerswap-lndg_push.py: Shows Peerswap channels in your LNDg dashboard and logs swap history.
• boltz_swap-out.py: A CLI tool for submarine swaps from your most outbound-heavy channels, using LNDg data.

This is open-source, so feel free to fork it, create pull requests, or suggest improvements. I'm looking forward to your feedback and ideas for other useful tools!

4 Years+ and hodling, my Node's oldest channel partner crossed the toddler age.

Tremendously greatful for the learning experience, and so many great Lightning Node-Runner friends made in the process. Lightning⚡️is here to stay, even or especially w/o a 10% APY 😆

If you are at the beginning of your Lightning Node Runner journey, or have some beefy questions on your existing journey, shout and AMA. I wouldn't be here without the great help and exchange by the plebnet community. 🚀 🧡

Happy New Year Fellow Bitcoiners! 😚 🥳

What's a safe and convinient way to add a second account here? I'm looking to add the tunnelsats user, but since alby is already pre-occupied for my personal account, any hints what else I can add to have both run in one browser in parallel? 🤔

This is awesome. Building at high speed #[1]

Some good considerations to delve into. Incentives for running a relay need to go beyond just enthusiasm, similar to running a lightning / bitcoin node #[1]
