Here is a video that backs into the Four Turnings of history. There is a spot to where he specifically talks about how the generation that experienced a famine hoards grain. The next generation horde grain out of habit and the generation after it sells it because “when was the last famine anyway?“

Go buy a DGX Spark (or 2) before it becomes illegal. #dgxspark Then go back to stacking sats.

Is anyone on nostr into Local AI like me? #DGX #DGXSparks It is so similar to the sovereignty aspects of Bitcoin for me.

NIP-40 in NIP-17/NIP-04

What would the difference be if you spelled it Katar instead of Qatar? Is there really no way to get the pronunciation correct without violating the rule about Q followed by a U?

Does anyone use Hermes agent? I made a nostr plugin so you can DM your clanker over NIP-17

https://github.com/unsaltedbutter-ai/hermes-nostr

I’d loosen off-sides rules. As long as any part of the players body overlaps with the defenders body it’s not offside. Or maybe remove offsides altogether.

I’d also say no “back-court” pays. Once you cross midfield, the midfield line becomes like the sideline, but the opponent gets a free kick from the center spot.

I’d also rigorously VAR every flop. Yes, like they did for the yellow card in n the USA vs Paraguay game, just more yellows. Like for the Paraguay goalie in the game against Turkey. Yellow or Red card that shit. Basically if you fall down, roll around grabbing your shin or head so wine gets a yellow card: you of the other guy.

There’s bread?

Coinjoin straight from your Hardware Wallet, over nostr

DM

to get started.

Fully open source: https://github.com/unsaltedbutter-ai/nostrmix-bot/blob/main/docs/USER_GUIDE.md

I just did a coinjoin using a nostr bot as the coordinator.

I signed with my ColdCard & the outputs go straight into my ColdCard.

No new wallet. No coordination fee. Use your UTXOs straight out if your HWW, and mix straight into your HWW.

Is anyone interested?

“Trust me bro”

Adding “in real time” is the 2026 version of emphasizing your point with misusing “literally”

I can literally hear you making your point in real time even without adding “in real time.”

Does anyone use Hermes Agent?

I’m proposing nostr support with this PR:

https://github.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent/pull/16769

I built a bot that turns nostr notes and tweets into audio you can listen to on a walk or commute.

How it works: DM any note or tweet URL to

and you get back in MP3 link. That’s it.

No account. No sign-up. No email. No paywall.

Value for value: free to use, zap if you find it useful.

Try it and let me know what you think.

If you like chemistry/physics jokes, this one is pretty funny:

Does anyone have the full audio from the Junseth Coinbase scam phone call?

I really want my kids to listen to it.

Resume subscriptions to streaming services right from nostr DMs

https://unsaltedbutter.ai/

Nostr only. Bitcoin only.

I use Damus on iOS for DMs & run in to a frustrating bug.

I filed the bug:

https://github.com/damus-io/damus/pull/3670

I proposed a fix:

https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/3669

But somehow it must have come across as a feature request & was closed because: “it is not clear the real world need for this.”

1. This bug happens by accidental user rotation of the phone.
2. iPad will regularly be used in a mix of landscape & portrait orientations.

If my fix is not acceptable, could we at least keep the bug open & fix it at some point?

Rotate through streaming services. One month Netflix, next month Paramount, etc.

Try letting Unsaltedbutter.ai cancel & restart those subscriptions for you.

https://unsaltedbutter.ai

Does anyone use

on iOS? Whenever I accidentally rotate my screen while in a DM, the app scrolls somewhere random.

So I filed an Issue: https://github.com/damus-io/damus/issues/3669

And I wrote up a fix: https://github.com/damus-io/damus/pull/3670

The Damus maintainers closed both because they “didn’t understand the scenario for landscape mode in DM view”

So maybe my issue and PR made it sound like I was asking for this to be a feature. I’m just trying to stop a really bad user experience.

Can anybody put me in touch with the Damus team to make my case that this is a bug, not a feature request?

They think we’re stupid.

Here is a photo of me on

tomorrow morning:

I got a phone call that my Coinbase account was being hacked. (I closed that thing a few years ago, but that’s cool, let’s play.)

So I press 1 to get the scammer to call me.

He called and said he was from Google and that somebody was trying to change my Google phone number. I played along why not, right?

So we confirmed this and we confirmed that and he sent a code to my YouTube app. But the code never came because I don’t let YouTube send me notifications.

He tried again. It still didn’t come through. And sure we spent some time verifying that I was definitely on the correct YouTube.

So he pushed some button on his side and I got a text message. He asked me to read the code to ensure what the hell what do I care? I told him he was 553826 or something like that.

He does whatever he does on his end. Of course it doesn’t work. Give me a fucking break.

So you asked me to repeat it but there’s no way I could repeat the random number that I gave him a second ago so I told my I deleted the text message.

Then he freaks out, starts cursing, threatening me. Super spicy. 🌶️

It was hilarious.

I really think that we all should press one and waste as much of their time as we can.

Think about it from a distributed standpoint, we are doing a distributed denial of service on these fuckers.

Whatever time of theirs you can burn might be what it takes to prevent them from scamming someone else who doesn’t know better.

Sleepy cat by the heater vent again this morn’
