SALSA MACHA @yabisi.farm 🇵🇷 Fresh batch, RESTOCKED! 🔥 (fruit harvest visuals through slides) We use a blend 🇵🇷🇲🇽 Macambo Pataxte/Theobroma bicolor (familia Theobroma cacao) fruit and our roasted Cacao nibs and Açaí from our farm to make our unique version of this classic salsa mexicana with depth in flavors, textures and packed with antioxidants. The variety of these chiles mexicanos brings a beautiful combination of spicy, sweet, smoky, and earthy flavors and it all comes together with our own delicious pineapple vinegar made with it’s peels (studied for it’s medicinal properties), perfect tangy kick to balance it all.
