Rewatching all the Spiders-Man to prepare for Brand New Day, and despite some old CGI the first one is still great. Danny Elfman’s score, Dafoe as Goblin, it holds up!

Menu Bar is getting serious

Watched The King’s Speech with the fam for Mother’s Day. So good, and one of the best uses of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 Mvt II in a film

Yes I brought a mic arm to the hotel to record Primary Tech

The exact moment

regretted inviting me to the show, and sounded like a mob boss all at the same time:

I’m looking to make some merch for my channel / community and need a designer! If you have designed shirts, hats, etc and have the bandwidth for a quick turnaround (like this week 😅) reach out here: https://forms.gle/Ud14UMNhkA2s9Vk4A

Weekend chef is on duty

Actually on a road trip today, so will have lots of iOS 26 CarPlay thoughts tomorrow 👀

📺 I don't think I've ever made a video so fast...here's my rant about the iPhone Air MagSafe Battery:

Woah, Live Translation coming to AirPods Pro 2 with iOS 26 as well! https://www.macrumors.com/2025/09/09/live-translation-airpods-4-airpods-pro-2/

Yeah that's a no for me. To disable your location on the new Instagram Map, go to your profile > three line menu > Story, live and location > Location sharing > disable

Or cut off Instagram entirely on iPhone by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Instagram > Never

Does Apple need to pay itself 30% if someone buys a ticket through this link in the TV app?

Just listened to one of my favorite podcasts (none that you’re thinking). It’s a 31 minute episode and the format was:

• 2 Min Pre-Roll Ads
• 30 Sec Intro
• 4 Min More Ads

After all the intro stuff I was 8 minutes in before hearing the guest. I get monetizing, but…don’t do that to your listeners.

I post a video about 35 Mac apps and half the comments say, “Raycast.” So…trying it

5 minutes into using MacBook Air away from home and I already wish this thing had cellular built-in. Yes, this is an option, but it stinks.

Just got an iPhone 16e to review, stay tuned! But I also learned something about iPhones I never knew before 🤯

It would be amazing if Apple let you pull the transcript it generates for every podcast episode through this Shortcuts action…the automations you could make!

Official Apple apps on Android:

• Apple Music
• Apple Music Classical
• Apple TV+ (added today)
• Move to iOS
• Tracker Detect
• Beats

Would still love to see Apple Podcasts added. With Google Podcasts gone and paid subscription offerings, seems worth it!

Hey Apple, just FYI Screen Time is still a feature in your lineup
