Today at the Oslo Freedom Forum, the announcement of Volt Wallet (https://github.com/Zero-1729/volt) by Abubakar Nur-Khalil, a Bitcoin Core contributor and Founder of Recursive Capital, a VC fund aimed at bitcoin-only projects being proliferated in Africa was made.
The features of this new wallet is what leaves heads turning, as it renders other bitcoin wallets in Africa light-years behind. Some of these features include:
Further talks on additional features such as Cashu Implementation as well as Silent Payments, Bolt 12, just to name a few, leaves nay-sayers of the bitcoin technology on the continent befuddled, as it obfuscates tyrannical oppressions faced by other wallet providers and users.
SUMMARY
There has never been a better time to be bullish on Freedom technology and tools that allow people access this freedom, and there's no better place to announce such a monumental feat, than the Oslo Freedom Forum.
