Crafting this rose & cacao tincture last week reminded me that making our own medicine is an act of sovereignty. 🌹

Herbalism is a ritual – a way to reconnect with intuition, with freedom, and with the full spectrum of nature’s wisdom. Each tincture is a magical extraction that nurtures our wellbeing in the moment while also serving as preventive medicine, supporting our vitality long-term 💫

You have the power to change the nature of your thinking — A return to love

Remember, we are nature 🌿

Hiking in the mountains where I grew up feels like warm hug 🫀

An oasis of pure love, from indigenous hands to your heart 🌹🫀

You know when you find places that feel like an energetic point of love, grounding and gratitude ?

Indígena café is one of those 💓

After 3 days in Santa Teresa, with so much movement and contrasts 😵‍💫our soul was asking for balance, so we decided to drive for 1 hour to have a cacao. We found peace, calm, a feeling of slow down and good vibes 🌸🌿

You can feel the intention & love in this project, the cacao from the Ngäbe community felt like a hug in my heart, so yummy & powerful.

I feel so grateful that projects like this continue to flourish 🪷
