Good evening,

I had not been on Nostr for a while. If you still follow me on this keypair, please unfollow me and find @@npub1mx3jntatkf363tepdquwk30p7pxvxqq8q3ryj37yhyr7r0h4srts5xhs3q instead. I will use this keypair to read and the other one to give updates on my shenanigans... and boy do I have a lot to talk about.

Someone should do PC gaming on here. I'm all on board with that,

.

Good afternoon,

I was needlessly terrified about what might and/or will happen in the future, but I won't have to worry about that until we're in the thick of things and the bad actors want to start that garbage up to those who didn't prepare for it. My apologies about that.

Otherwise, things are doing okay for me, but I will leave it at that for now.

Good evening,

In an absolutely mortified haste, I had gone ahead and finished the musical project, though I am not so sure about my other one I was working on. I might have to abandon it until things are clear again for me to work on it (or I'll just write it on paper, like it was done years ago).

For those wondering, it is a drill rap beat that I had started on GarageBand a few years ago, so I had decided to remake it using Ardour and FOSS plugins. This one will be much better due to my experience as a hobbyist producer and engineer. It is in B Minor with a section in C Minor at 140 BPM, so have fun with that.

Either way, I will have it posted on Wavlake first tomorrow night, and then on YouTube on Sunday at 2:00 pm PDT. I don't care about the numerology at this point, and I am deathly afraid of what could (and will) happen in the future. I will be releasing it under CC BY for your convenience, so as long as you go ahead and credit myself and the song, you should be okay with using it.

I hope you have a good rest of your night.

Good evening,

I have a question for any rappers who are on Nostr, since I had potentially gotten my project I was talking about done (in a demo state): Would you like me to release it with the lyrics I still have under an ARR license, or would you like it to be an instrumental I release under CC BY? I would like this opinion, because I will put it on hold for a little bit while I focus on other things (and hopefully getting a job that doesn't require CBDC soon).

Good evening,

As promised, I can share a couple things on what I'm doing in the background as I am doing something pretty drastic for my YouTube channel and Wavlake profile:

1. For the musical project, it is something I had made in GarageBand, but transcribed it in Ardour (the DAW of choice for me), which was quite a slog. I, however, was able to get that done very easily (and that's thanks to an old file that's still saved on iCloud servers for some reason). I shall see what I can do with it, but for those using Wavlake, the song I'll post there will be exclusive to the platform.

2. For the light novel I'm working on, this will actually be different than what I normally write, which is a sort of dystopic or slice-of-life sort of deal (though there is one novel I may need to entirely rewrite, despite me working on it for a long time). What I can say right now is that it depicts a ronin who was asked not to kill himself per his master's request, walking to a new area to homestead with a girl hand-selected by the Daimyo in that area for him to take for a wife. The two are seen going through the challenges of homesteading in this alternative universe set in an weird Feudal Japan type deal.

That's all I have for now for this update.

Good morning,

I have been working on two things:

1. Revival of an old musical project of mine when I was first starting to produce drill, but using Ardour instead of GarageBand for iOS, alongside FLOSS plugins.

2. Writing a light novel using free and open-source software I may consider selling sometime soon, since it is way more wholesome than a few others I have written in the past that I decided not to release.

More details to come at sunset, my time, this evening.
