🛠 September Dev Recap
Extension v0.3.0 shipped as our third closed beta, window.rgb became an open standard, and the swap engine is ready to move real funds.
🧩 Extension hits v0.3.0
window.rgb lets the wallet interact with RGB dApps. Add bring-your-own node over Nostr Wallet Connect or straight to LND, Arkade-to-Lightning on mainnet through Arkade Intents, amounts in fiat or sats, and a rebuilt Receive screen.
🌐 window.rgb becomes an open spec
Shipped v0.1.0 and v0.2.0 this month: the spec itself, provider discovery across every RGB wallet installed, a mock wallet and conformance suite, and a live playground.
⚡ Swap engine preps for real funds
One Lightning invoice now pays out to Bitcoin, Liquid, or Arkade. The engine adds bidirectional BOLT12 swaps, Lightning-to-onchain settlement confirmed with cooperative claims, Arkade-from-Lightning route, and built-in safety rails.
📦 Swap SDK goes multi-platform
React Native bindings now ship alongside Rust, TypeScript, and Python, Arkade Intents are built in from every language binding, and validation hardening pulled from boltz-rust checks payment hash and timelocks before funding anything.
